I have an online business on facebook, and import most of my products from overseas, I have over 100 suppliers overseas and I order airjordan shoes for my client for a matric farewell party in june 2019, when my client received her parcel the supplier send gucci sunglasses instead of the shoes, so how can I build a relationship with a supplier that send wrong products to my client, and the shoes was very expensive, I am sorry but this doesnt work for me, my clients are very important to me and i will give them the best service ever, so the problem is the supplier, now the supplier will refund me 32% of the amount of 69,50 dollars, this is not my or my clients fault.
