“BW customer service are super chatty until you get to a point when you want to withdraw”

BW customer service are super chatty and amazing until you get to a point when you want to withdraw your funds! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! 3 people used to call me daily but since I asked for withdrawal (14 days ago) no reply from no one. Even on their website chat platform, they no longer respond to my chats. I decided to file a complaint with an agency called zachresolutions.com since i discovered they were crypto s-cam experts and they promptly took my information regarding the funds i lost and after few days were able to recoup everything and resolve my issues

Tip for consumers:
Once any issues develop, BW customer service becomes non-existent
