My necklace tarnished within a couple of months (and barely any wear) I was ignored through chat for months, finally when I spoke to them they told me there was nothing that they could do unless I paid to get it sorted, which is obviously ridiculous when I've barely worn this necklace. By far the worst (cheap affordable) jewellery online brand I've used so far, I've bought from so many online websites and this one is on the higher end too! Totally ridiculous, I may as well have bought a 30 pound necklace for the few wears I got out of it! Not only is the gold plating cheap, communication was non existent through chat so make sure to email them when your necklace tarnishes within a few wears!

Got my choker today and I am very disappointed.
I had expected a lot from the choker, but it looks like costume jewelry for 2.99 € from the department store. It looks so cheap, I would never wear it.
Quality and price are a cheek and in addition the bad return conditions - unbelievable.
Don't buy from this shop.
I purchased a pair of the Nakai Earrings in Gold.
When they arrived I was worried that were very heavy. Normally with an earring of that size the metal part is hollow. I emailed and was told that they hadn't had any problems and would be fine.
I have worn them only 4 times and have problems with them every time I wear them. They are incredibly heaving and pull my piercing into a slit from the weight. The fastenings are very stiff and pull, hurt and bleed when I try and remove the backs of the studs to take off the earrings.
Worst of all the earrings turned my piercings holes green and the earring studs themselves. They made my ears pusey and green each time I wore them and the last time they gave my right ear's piercing an infection which scared the back of my ear when it healed. When I took them to my jeweller he said that the gold plating must have been mixed with something else as well or not gold at all to cause them to go green with contact with my skin. I have many gold plated earrings that cause me no issues at all.
Along with these issues the stone star at the bottom of the earrings haven't been cut properly. The person cutting them has cut too far and taken a nick out of the bottom. (Illustrated in the first photo).
I complained and they didn't investigate and ask to see them and I didn't get a return. Now I realised I could have disputed this with paypal. Such a waste of money for cheap tat.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from this company - there are much better options out there at this price point that are better made, better quality and better value.

Purchased a pair from Farfetch.com. The back pin is tiny and flimsy and broke off. Very cheap feeling.
