Bzzagent used to be an awesome site you would get products to test and keep for free in exchange for an honest review I used to get campaigns all the time and now since they merged with a new company I get nothing no invites no emails nothing basically after the merge they forgotten the people who would do honest reviews on products and don't even care to respond back to any emails you send them... bzzagent you used to be awesome but now the merger just makes you plain suck... you shouldn't ignore the people who were on there for a long time.

This is the best company ever. You get to try out new products, what I have gotten so far have been full size, and they have been absolutely all great products, that I have purchased again. I highly recommend this site to everyone to try out.

I love BzzAgent I have got to try out products. That i really enjoyed and were not cheap its all about the more you put in the more you get in return. Try to remember that come on you get amazing products for #free what more could you ask for i love BzzAgent and will continue giving my opinion on products

I was complaining about that I never received any invitations lately and the lady told me to send a email to their customer service. Which I did and the result of all this was that I have been removed from the website. My account got deleted and my email was unsubscribed. Thank you BzzAgent! I don't even need you!

I have been a member with this company for about a year, only had about 2 samples from them first was Downy softener which by the time I got it had leaked out but thankfully someone shipped it in a bubble wrap. Second was 4 packets of downy bead things that were supposed to make laundry smell for a month or so but well lets just say I wished I hadn't used it. But still was nice to get samples, just recently they changed their site. Now it is much like DailyGoodieBox and a few other sites that give you VERY cheesy sign up goodies. I keep getting these emails asking me to get samples I get emails asking me to sign up and give personal information I already have done.

I love being a bzzagent. I joined on 15/04/16 and I got invited from 2 campaigns (TRESemme and maxfactor) after just 4 days on 19/04/16 wow awesome. I'm so excited to test and rewied the products, can't wait. Thanks bzzagent that gave me this opportunity to test and review products for free.

I have been registered with the company since January 2018. I have done all surveys and I logged in daily in to my account. I still have not been offered to take a part in any campain. My daughter who is a member since December'17 never been offered any product. I thought it is real company but 8 months after I think It is fake?! I am very disappointed and I don't recommend anyone to register with them. It is waste of the time.

Works really well holds my hair style all day my hair even stays nice on windy days. I would reccommend this hair spray for people who want a hair spray that holds your hair style all day. Even after you brush it

I have been a bzz agent for a few years now but since the new company took over, they never sent anything despite of the fact that I have synced all my social medias with them and accepted offers from them. Looks like the new company cannot handle this properly. I contacted them and they said once you accept the offer then we decide whom we will send the product, it is not a confirmation that you will get the product. Earlier, if they used to email you offer and you accept it, it meant confirmed, you accepted to do the survey and that they will send you the product.

I have been a BzzAgent for over 5 years now and have gotten the chance to test out some products that I normally would not have purchased. It is just a great Company. I am a BzzAgent and I receive free products. BzzAgent Indygirl08

I love BZZAGENT! I just signed up with the company a few months ago and already received a high dollar item to test out. I am waiting on my new camera to come in to fill out my review so I can give them the best quality pictures available!
I hope to build a solid relationship with this company and suggest you do too! I highly recommend BZZAGENT! If you are up to testing products and giving quality, real reviews I suggest you give it a go! You won't regret it!

I've been a buzz agent for two months now and I've been given all sorts of great products to try! First the entire line of loreal skincare products and now claritin clarispray. These are awsome and expensive products that I got for FREE just to tell people about buzz agent and write honest reviews. Totally worth the time and effort if you ask me!

I have been a member for a couple of years now and initially had good experiences. Now there are several cons to even reviewing products. While the products are free-and most people get starry-eyed with free products, the cons are as follows:
Little to no support
Products not always received and they will penalize reviewer for not reviewing even if product not received (so have to lie if you don't want your account to be cancelled)
No Transparency in shipping (such as tracking provided)
Random campaigns sent, but ones applied for rarely get to be a part of
The only positive is that free stuff OCCASIONALLY comes my way to review, and many times are not what I have clearly stated is what I use. I do not recommend being a part of Bzzagent-the thrill of reviewing free things has lost it's shine, and is dulled with frustration!

Shortly after submitting the last five star review I had written about BzzAgent, more unbelievable products were sent to me to review. The newest items I had received in the past few weeks include a YSL perfume, a Valentino perfume which would sell for $130 on Sophora.com, a high end face cleanser, a high end shampoo, a high end hair mask, a Korean face serum, a bronzer, and more products such as a hand soap, and a face mask are also on the way. Thank you, BzzAgent, for choosing me to participate in various campaigns!

I have been a member for wow 10 years but now this site really stinks, you can not even log in let alone get any products anymore, do not waste you time, such a shame i used to love these guys!

I've been using this platform all year, and I have been fortunate enough to get 3 items so far to review. They are a legit company, and they never promise anyone anything, but they do deliver on some really awesome campaigns. I am really hoping to work my way up to a higher dollar item bracket because their product tests are the best!
The only bad for me is that they don't post their campaigns on their site, and the site itself is really plain and some pages are outright blank. Im sure now that they're back in action they will work on the bugs, but we are in the middle of a pandemic so I don't have a high expectation. I find campaigns on my own and apply and keep my fingers crossed.
Overall I give bzzagent a 4 star rating. Reading other people's reviews its astounding to me that people are giving such low ratings because they don't qualify for something. Not one campaign has ever been promised, so having that level of expectation only brings disappointment IMHO. I hope to move up and im excited to see what the future holds for this company.

My rating is too high... should be negative. You may get package with samples... wow, then bzzz will really bug you to survey and survey and blog... etc... what do you get other these free samples... nothing. This a waste of time... you are doing work for them to make them money and they don't pay you or give you anything in return... if you are lucky you will get the free samples. I remember getting box years ago from them... for clam juice... with coupons to get several bottles free... free clam juice. Woo hoo. Those coupons went in the trash... who drinks clam juice... this is what most of what they give is junk.
Oh, they wanted to review shirts from levi strauss... they sent me a shirt and did not ask my size... they sent a mens small... i were xl. Disorganized. They don't read what you write because they would not have liked my reviews on those 2 items.

In short... stay away. The free stuff they promise is not coming... don't waste you time like i did. I really thought this was good program but it is not.

I signed up for this website about six months ago, and in the first month I received my first product. I was invited to the L'oreal Lip Palette campaign where I got to pick the color family I wanted to try and was sent the product for free to review and keep. The campaign activities were easy enough- taking a photo of the product and writing a review. I like that each review is read by a staff member and given a rating. I believe that if you write "excellent" reviews you get selected for more campaigns than someone who writes mediocre reviews. Writing an excellent review was easy and took me no more than ten minutes. All was quiet on the site for about four months after that, and I didn't receive any invitations to campaigns. Then, earlier this month I received an invitation to a new campaign from L'oreal to try their micellar water, and a few days later I qualified for a campaign from Warheads to try out a new candy. Overall I think this is a great website with no scams and a good amount of opportunities to review products for free. The campaign activities are easy to complete with a small amount of time and effort. If I had not waited four months between campaigns, I would have given them five stars. I do believe that the only reason I had to wait is because there were no campaigns that I would be interested in or that matched my profile though, so I'm not super upset.

*Note: I live in the Chicago area, so there were no problems with shipping for me, but this might not be the case elsewhere. I know that some Canadian members have been upset about shipping issues before.

I have been a member of bzzagent for many years. I have always enjoyed writing reviews and trying new products. But since they merged with Power Reviews in January, I only have received one product.

I love this site! I've been participating in campaigns for almost 6 years and have had a blast trying new products and sharing them with my friends, family members, coworkers, and pretty much anyone I meet! I'm not big on social media but I have a big network of (gasp!) *real* people surrounding me and I much prefer being able to buzz about products in person. I like telling people at grocery stores and drug stores and cosmetic stores all about the things I'm trying and I keep the coupons with me to pass out. If you're new, all I can really recommend is that you wait and accept any small campaigns that you're offered. My first one was to try out redbox (yes that's how long ago it was) and I received a couple free DVD codes and reported back on my experiences. Since then, I've tried several different kinds of razors, shaving cream, dog food, cosmetics, feminine care products, hair care, cleaning products, desserts, snacks, gel insoles, air fresheners and candles, seasonings, candy, eBay gift codes, etc. if you like to talk and give your opinion then it's a great site.

My previous review still stands. Becky from BzzAgent kindly replied, which I am thankful for and appreciate. I have some advice then for BzzAgent and maybe it will help them be more transparent or help their users to better understand how their system works. BzzAgent's reply to my initial review stated "invites are not based on the 4 interests you selected." Yet on their "How it Works Page" under "Campaigns and Invites" it states some of the main criteria used to determine who gets an invite are: who you are, YOUR INTERESTS, and where you live. Maybe change that whole section then and just say your demographics determine if you get a survey invite. Get rid of asking people their interests in the initial application since it seems pointless anyways and just causes confusion to their purpose.

If the criteria portion is based on the surveys BzzAgent sends, then that should be clarified in that section. There should be some type of wording that states "only your demographics determine if we send you a survey invite. Based on what you fill out in the survey (and that criteria can be interests, who you are, where you are, etc.) then we will choose people based on that information to join the campaign." Something like that. Gives a clear distinction that interests are only used in the survey process. I wouldn't say that interests don't have a part in getting invited to a campaign since based on the website it actually does. I would say interests has no bearing on if you get a survey, that is based solely on demographics.

Love to try new products and write reviews. I have received several products to try from both from BzzAgent and Power Review. All absolutely free! Love getting their emails too.

I love bzzagent because they truly are who they say they are when they tell you you will recieve something surprisingly it comes in the mail and guess what its free! Can't beat it!
