They look great installed in my yard! Very impressed with delivery and product quality. Lots of people commented on the appearance of the lights.
I made a big order through this website. Two pave lights came with broken glasses and missing bulbs. After contacting them, i was told that those lights should be used w/o protecting glasses anyway, and they didn't respond to the missing bulbs at all. I also had 4 step lights which ended not a good fit our landscaping, so I asked to return those. They said they don't usually accept returns since it was a custom paint (I ordered black and did not notice about this policy!). But since i had a big order, they asked me to fill in a return form and faxed to them. The next day, they responded with: cannot return since it was custom paints! Don't know what to say, really the worst shopping experience. Now I stuck with 4 useless step lights and 2 broken pave lights.
I got off the phone this morning with a representative from C2C lights. Evidently the lights I purchased were back ordered. After an offer to sell me a different model, at an increase, albeit a reduced increase, I shared the fact that I was frustrated with their advertised pricing. I explained that the price advertised is not accurate, because it is not possible to purchase the item at that price. The price will later be increased after the bulb selection, even when the choice of "no bulb" is made. For whatever reason, there is an added cost to prepare the light to become "bulb ready". The representative shared that fact that, yes, they were aware of frustrations due to their costing structure, but that the President had decided against making any changes. I then repeated my request for some type of correction to the on-line pricing with the comment or else I would take additional action. The representative said; "what type of action". I replied, I don't know, maybe the Better Business Bureau. The representative then laughed and said, "hah, yah right, good luck with that". I then asked to have my order canceled which he agreed to. He then finished with "We don't need your business" and hung up. So, as we've all experienced, I was was left with nothing more than powerless frustration, hence this review. If you find yourself reading this, and you plan to give your money to a company, please consider giving it to a company that would like your money and business. Because, surely, C2CLights doesn't need it.
C2C Lighting is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. There are no dimensions on their outdoor products. I purchased 3 which looked similar to the 25 outdoor lights I have. They were completely INCOMPATIBLE. The light shines thru and is OBNOXIOUS. I called the company and spoke with David, who apparently is a supervisor at C2C. He told me to fill out the return form--After paying a staggering $119 plus $22 for shipping, this UNETHICAL company gives me 5 options: 1) Return within 30 days and pay 35% restocking fee 2) I placed my order and its been past the 30 days and I agree to a 50% restocking, 3) I wish to exchange and agree to pay shipping back and forth with a stocking fee 4) I received wrong item do not want an exchange and accept a 35% restocking fee 5) I wish to cancel the order I placed via online or telephone and accept a 10% administrative fee--- PLUS they have a note "Items made from Brass or Copper can not be cancelled after 60 minutes from placing order--------Don't deal with UNETHICAL CRAPPY COMPANY!
You cannot rate a business lower - this was pre COVID so no excuse.
From the get go they were hard to get a hold of and would not call me back after I had placed my order
First I got the wrong item that took 60 days to get, then the sent me damaged lights 60 days later.
After I called and told them this the second time Hector got all rude and said he would take them back and give me a refund. Since we had already sold the home these were going on he said I could return them for a refund. So I sent them back. They refused them. $1000 worth of lights. When I got them back I called them and told them what happened and they said they would not take them back. I said I would do a charge back, and the guy started yelling at me. Would call my phone at all hours of the day and night harrasing me after sticking me with a $1000 charge for two lights I could no longer use. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY or at least look at all their other reviews on countless websites. ALL HORRIBLE> I wish I would have seen them before placing an order =(
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from C2C lights

NONE they took over 120 days to get me damaged lights
I ordered 1,377.01 worth of lighting. Primary reason was that they offered an under rail light that was significantly less than others. I reviewed their "ratings" on their website and noted that their return policy sucked with a 35% re-stock fee. In spite of this I ordered under rail lighting and some other fixtures for an outdoor project. Merchandise was received promptly and the only issue was an incorrect color for one of the lights (brass instead of the requested white) My project changed and I decided to return the UNUSED/UNOPENED under rail lighting and the incorrect item. Via email exchanges with C2C rep Mike Hanna I arranged for the return eating about $350 as part of the re-stocking. Sent items via Fedex Ground. Heard nothing from Mike until after repeated requests I got an email indicating that I would get a credit once returned items were tested and found in working order. One would assume that they were in receipt of the items based on his response. When credit failed to show up on my account I followed up again and was told they never received the package. Called FedEx who provided a proof of delivery on Oct. 24,2018 and signed by a W. Wolf. Provided this to Mike H. At C2C who claims no one works there by that name and they did not receive returned package said FedEx sent to wrong address. Confirmed with FedEx that it was sent to the address provided by Mike Hanna. At the end of the day this could be true, BUT given earlier email responses my sense is that this is a scam company who may deliver product but will TAKE ADVANTAGE of the customer at any point they can when problems arise. MY ADVICE STEER CLEAR OF THIS SKETCHY COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
