I bought a pair of boots for my special needs son. He is non verbal and as such could not tell me that the steel had come out of the front of his boots. I just thought he did not want to hike anymore until I took the boots off and his sock was all bloody. I sent an email. Crickets! I called and was told there is nothing they will do about it is up to the retailer I bought the boots from to resolve it. She said the manager won't even deal with it because they get so many complaints. I was trying to support Canadian. I will never ever ever buy anything from this company. They need to be put out of business. Please do not support this company.

Not Pajar. Placing an online order is fairly simple but the rest is up in the air. You order a size that would normally fit you? Good luck, cuz with Pajar you not only may have the wrong size (not because your one size larger order is actually not big enough) you them fall in a black whole when trying to complete an exchange or a return. Pajar doesn't offer any easy way to do this. You cannot go to one of their stores, you cannot go by their offices or warehouse and you lost certainly cannot return them at their expense. What a business model! Good luck with your longterm aspirations of you treat your clientele like this. Great product but terrible service. And these products don't come cheap!
You like Pajar products Dave yourself the headaches and go to one their authorized resellers or their stores if you're lucky to be near one. First and last online purchase for me and quite frankly I don't mind spending more with a better brand

Costly returns, only by mail at your own expense and risk. Customer service slow to respond. Pajar gives you 30 days for return from time of purchase so you basically have maybe at the most 2 weeks after receipt and customer service process. Don’t buy online unless absence lately sure the item’s size is perfect for you.
Products used:
Boots, one size bigger still not big enough, toes crammed. Difficult and time consuming process to return, only way of return according to their online policies is back to the warehouse by registered courtier at the expense & risk of the sender (client).not allowed to return directly at warehouse or in store.
