I fly pretty frequently and have lost 2 neck pillows in the process of security checks and connecting flights. So I bought my Cabeau at an airport store a couple of months ago not realizing it was $40. I was baffled at the price but my plane was boarding so whatever… I used it on the plane and wow! No neck stiffness nor pain like I've had with other cheaper neck pillows. I love that it rolls up into the carry case and can easily clip on to your carry on, so I won't lose it. At first I was discouraged after reading some reviews online that the customer service is nonexistent but I recently lost my cabeau and they are sending me out a brand new one. Absolutely amazing, very satisfied.
