The values are false, the network card serial number "0123...789ABCDEF" is very unusual. MTK6797 CPU is from 2016 Android security level 5 October 2019, but android 13 was released at 2022. Kernel version 3.18.35 is Android 7.

My experience with CAFAGO has been extremely disappointing. Over two months ago, I purchased a product from them (Order Number: FAA23L27O3847-Q4M7FR), which turned out to be defective. Despite numerous emails and efforts on my part to resolve the issue, no satisfactory solution has been offered.
The customer service was inadequate and unhelpful. Response times were long, and the suggested solutions provided were ineffective. I was even asked to dismantle half of the printer to potentially identify defective parts – an unacceptable demand for an end consumer.
Twice, replacement parts were sent to me, but they did not resolve the issue. I am now solely prepared for a replacement of the device.
I feel that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the dealer was unable to respond adequately to customer concerns.
As a customer, I expect reliable product quality and satisfactory customer service from a reputable company. Unfortunately, CAFAGO has not met these expectations. My review aims to warn other potential customers and help them make informed decisions.

Certainly very good when everything is going well but BE CAREFUL there must only be one problem otherwise it's ruined. Parcel lost and refunded 50% that's EVERYTHING, I'm filing a complaint but hey...

Bought Xiaomi walking pad. During purchase, Alice from Cafago assured me by e-mail that it has one-year warranty.
Product became defective within one year. Also Alice from Cafago replied that it's out of warranty, and suggested I arrange for repairs myself. Sent Alice screenshot of last year's email from Alice.
Currently awaiting Alice's response. I'm pretty annoyed.

My bike came on time and the price was good, but the positives end there.
There was an electric motor fault and the frame has cracked on my bike which, despite have 12 months warranty, Cafago refuses to reimburse me for. I have got an independant report from an electric bike shop saying the item is faulty. I have been in this dispute for 4 months now and largely ignored by their service team. I have had to get representation from the bank which is still ongoing.
Please save yourself the time and trouble and do not buy from them.
Good prices, much variety of products and very fast shipping. I highly recommend this store. The product was shipped to EU in less than 15 days. I had some doubts about my order but customer service was able to solve it.
Ordered a power bank. After a few weeks I asked where it is. Answer: "oh, the parcel was returned. It cannot be shipped to your location. Shall we refund?" Hmm, strange. No other vendor ever had issues shipping a power bank. Refund me please. Instead of hitting "refund"in PayPal they "send" me money and PayPal charges me a fee. So I ask them. Reply: "we refunded full amount. Don't know why PayPal charged a fee. Bye"
So I escalated with PayPal and am waiting for them. But I strongly suggest to stay away from cafago! There are a lot way better China shops than them.

I have great shopping experience in online shops. Liked it Cafago, because this store has the goods I need, always tracked parcels, as well as wonderful support staff who are always quick to help and advise you!
My worst online shopping experience ever! I advise you not to order from them. I ordered a car camera on CAFAGO and it came damaged, the battery isn't working at all. (They sell low-grade goods) I politely contacted their customer service. I already exchanged more than 10 messages with them and they are not doing anything, they are only repeating the same things all the time. I already received 3 exactly the same e-mails saying that I should send them a video to prove the damage. I already sent them 2 different videos and was said twice that their "technician" will have a look at it and reply. NOTHING HAPPENED! Now I'm expecting the next e-mail saying "send me the video that shows your problem"... They are liars. I will at least publish my experience all over the internet and my blogs so that other people don't lose their money like this.
In addition, I would not trust these positive reviews because they send you shopping coupons if you give them 5 stars.

- it provides excellent service in regards to customer service and attention to detail
- with their promotions on selected items prices tend to be cheapest among other similar sites
- their reward scheme is one of the best, so considering that you are regular customer and you confirm the successful receipt of equipment, you are immediately rewarded with points which you can use for discounts on your future purchase.
I have been shopping at cafago quite frequently for the last few months and I have always had a good experience with all purchases. They have original products of excellent quality with low prices, there are always promotions, discount coupons and a points system that customers can accumulate to get more discounts.
I ordered a car dash cam from CAFAGO. Upon opening the package I discovered that the cam appeared to have been used and repackaged. I contacted them to inquire about a return / refund. They then advised that I would be responsible for all return shipping costs to China and upon receipt they would inspect and "possibly" issue a "partial" refund. As opposed to jumping through their hoops with a small probability of getting any satisfaction, I just chose to accept the fact that I'd been screwed over by these clowns. Never again. Buyer beware...
I've bought a micro sd card several months ago and it works perfectly! Capacity and speed equal to advertised by manufacturer. There is no difference compared to local stores but the package and price. No doubt I will better buy 2 cards in China than 1 card in local store for the same price!
I bought a clock from Cafago which arrived without the back piece that fits over the battery to keep it in place. This was over a week ago and I am going back and forth emailing them for a solution. They offered me £2 refund then £5. I just don't want the clock and want to return it as it is faulty but I just can't get anywhere with the person I'm in contact with. Please avoid this company at all costs!
They list products as being In Stock, sell them to you, take your money, then wait 5 days to tell you they are Out of stock. Then they ask if you want to wait a week, because they Might have it back in stock then. So No they Don't ship in 2 day's. They don't even have the products they are advertising In Stock for sale. That's bad business. Now I have to deal with Trying to get a Refund from an already Untrustworthy company.
I have never had such bad aftercare. I purchased an electric scooter from CAFAGO, and it has not worked from day one and runs out of charge after 10 mins. They will not provide there address to return, not offered anything. They now have said it is the road conditions. I live in the UK there is nothing wrong with the roads. I have never felt such anger to a company before and the emails have been rude. I beg of people to not use this company.

Beware! I got my product delivered (cleaning robot) but it was not moving at all. So I opened a conflict via PayPal and immediately the customer support answered my emails. However they always requested additional info and tried to gain time. So the PayPal conflict was closed and after that there was no response from customer support anymore. You cannot reopen a closed conflict! I paid 150$ to learn this.
Terrible customer service. Ridiculous behaviour from the company. Order came in but it was all broken and not functioning. Do not recommend shopping here. There are other sites with way better customer service so when you pay a lot of money for a product and it arrives looking not as described, all damaged you receive a refund. That will not happen here. I was offered less than 10% of the items price as my refund that is not acceptable. Real scam website. I was also told that I can return the item but i have to cover the cost of shipping coming at 70USD when the item cost 140USD (this with no insurance of actually getting a working product back). Unreal.
