Excellent shop. At the time of purchase, Cafago had the best price for the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 fitness bracelet. But I warn you, the Chinese version of the bracelet, Bluetooth 4.0 (see photos). This is my first purchase at Cafago, I was very pleased. And I definitely recommend the store!

Placed order and two weeks later asked if it shipped and was told no so I asked to cancel my order and was then told in the same hour it had shipped so here I am 2 months later with no product and no solution and cant get my money back best they could do was tell me to track down my package myself. Ill be contacting the better business bureau if not resolved in a few days. These people are crooks!

Product arrived 4 weeks late and didnt work. I have sent over a dozen emails and a video of the product, but they are purposely messing me about in the hope I just go away, it wont happen! Dodgy company to be avoided.

I wrote to support one month after I placed my order to complain that the item hadn't arrived. Had to write twice and threaten to undo the payment to get a reply, which eventually came in text-style English just to tell me to wait for the shipment. Another month in and I asked for a refund, which was guaranteed to come within three working days; that time has passed and no refund came. Now I received an email saying that cafago will grant me discounts if I post good reviews on this and two other web sites. Absolutely unacceptable.

I purchased a Cop Rose x6 from TomTom through Cafago. It came flashing the malfunction light and has never worked! I have emailed Cafago 4 times over two months about this issue and TomTom directly and have received zero response. Customer service is a joke. I wonder if their customer service emails are ever even opened. Save your money and buy from a site that cares about their customer satisfaction!

I asked these people what was required before I purchased the GPS watch. An app was all that was needed. I get the GPS watch and an app, sim card and a smartphone is needed. Trying to return, 5 emails later being asked to make a video and some other stupid stuff. Now cannot return to California where it was shipped from. I now have to return to China. LOL. Disputed the charge. Be careful of that great price. Spent $100 of my time so far and a item I cannot use.
