In the store Сafago I made a memory card order. I doubted whether my order will be delivered to me or not. Will the card work or will it be a fake. The card was delivered in three weeks. The map is origenal, it works. I'm happy with the order and the shop Сafago. And I advise everyone.

Received a defective phone with a usb port that will not securely/connect to usb cable port and easily disconnects with the slightest touch. The customer service is disgustingly horrible and they to convince you to accept a cheap 25 dollar refund on a 479 dollar cell phone. Good thing I went through a 3rd party payment center that will help me receive a replacement or refund. They operate under the parent company:

I bought car DVR from them. I received damaged item, it has some dust under its lens. Also it was marked as FullHD 1920x1080 25fps, maximum resolution was 1280x960.
Customer service did not repy. And I had to open paypal dispute. I should return item to seller but shipping would more than 50% value of the camera.

Product didnt work, loose parts inside device and some parts felt off. Asked to send video of how device not working... A lot of emails, no refund, no repairs... Went to local repair shop, they told that part can't be soldered back as part fall of with solderpads... Very unpleasent experience with suport and company. Don't buy from this website or you will have totaly bad experience!

They pretend to send items but the tracking link does not work. The service client postpones continuously the solution of the problem and then, after months, they tell you there is no warranty.

Ok so i ordered a Xiaomi 1s Scooter from Cafago was supposed to arrive within 7 days it took a few more days than expected ( UPS service) from China to Germany via Poland to UK, my email that i sent to Cafago was bounced back i think due to internal servers, But... i received an absolutely 100% Genuine
Scooter and i am extremely happy, i was a bit upset due to the package arriving late but that is not the faulty of Cafago.com

I purchased a drone from them. It was a SJRC F11 PRO 4K, which flew away lost connection and flew away on my first flight. Customer Service basically blew me off. I told them I wanted to buy another drone from them but they said no. I would have to buy another bundle. I told them to go to hell with service like that. I don't even want to deal with them anymore. Terrible service.

The delivery process had an issue and the order was never delivered to me.
No proactive contact from CFAGO to tell me that they have an issue.
I contacted the CAFAGO customer service and still waiting for an answer.
Now chasing Cafago to be reimburse and I think I will have to take legal action against them if I want my money back

I have ordered a product that was in stock according to Cafago, I have received an email from them that they will dispatch in 1-2 business days as promised. This happened almost 3 weeks ago and my order is still not dispatched because they don't have it on stock. They also forgot to inform me about this, so I had to contact them after two weeks to know what is happening. They were quick to respond to my email, however, they didn't inform me when will be my order dispatched and asked for my patience. I still don't have my order. This is bad practice and stating something is in stock then promising something (yes that was the wording they used, they promised to dispatch in 1-2 days), not keeping the promise, not informing about the delay and its cause, not knowing themselves when my order will be ready, all too very bad or just amateur. I think this might be the first and last order from this website even if my order arrives in the future. Luckily they use PayPal, so I can open a dispute with them if I don't get what I ordered and try to get my money back at least.

The company can be good, they offer a lot of cheap stuff, but they pay people 1$ for every positive review you write and send them. So even it could be good, all the reviews can´t be trusted.

Received a digital thermometer as ordered. IT DOESN'T WORK. The reading is 2-4 degrees too low every single time. They won't refund the $. Broken product, poor customer service. BEWARE
