I ordered a 2019 desk calendar. They sent an expired 2018/2019 academic calendar that stops in June. They insist that the website listed it clearly but absolutely did not. They made no attempt to take care of shipping costs for their error so I could return and get a refund. This business is a total RIP off. Stay away!
I waited forever to get my order. Then, when it came, part of it was incorrect. The correct calendars were listed on the invoice, but they sent the wrong one. I have been trying now for two days to contact the company either via phone or the online chat. NO RESPONSE. I'm beyond frustrated. I know mistakes can happen but at least have customer service that will help straighten them out. Never again will I buy from here. Look elsewhere.
I ordered 3 calendars and received a notification that they were being shipped on 12/20/21. So far they have not arrived. I've tried to contact customer support unsuccessfully, twice by email and at least 4 times by phone, with no response. I have contacted USPS and UPS. Both say they have not yet received the package from calendars.com. These were gifts for birthdays on January 4th and 6th. Very disappointed.

Ordered two calendars and it said "usually ships by July." It's now October. Contacting their very nice customer service department yielded a response of "sometimes our distributors delay release." So, OK. No idea when my 2023 calendars will arrive (one was supposed to be a present for my wife. In July.) but I do know I won't be ordering from this place again. Just too much hassle and not enough savings to warrant the headache.

We very much want to fulfill customer orders as soon as possible, but it is necessary for us to wait until we receive our inventory from the vendor. If a vendor informs us they cannot send us the inventory by the date they provided, we have little recourse. Our choices are to continue to wait, or not have that item available for order on our website at all. We still want to offer a broad selection to our customers, and continue to provide their favorite items year after year, so most of the time we choose to wait. I placed an order for my nephew's Christmas present on 11-26-22. Status is still "in process" and I'm waiting (in vain!) for someone to come on their online chat. I've ordered several years in the past, but this lack of customer service and no delivery after waiting a month? I will not be using them again - EVER!
I am sorry you didn't receive your calendar in time for Christmas. If you package traveled through the Rossford, OH facility, they had a serious backlog that resulted in delays like I have never seen in my almost 20 years at Calendars.com. I have ordered from calendars.com for years but every year they seem to be getting progressively worse and worse. Placed an order in late December. On 12/31 received an e-mail that my order was "on its way", but if you look at the tracker it shows they generated a UPS label on 12/30, but as of today (1/12) that status has not changed an d no sign of any calendars.
This will definitely be the last year I will be using them!

It doesn't happen often, but occasionally an order is put on the wrong carrier's truck. We have several processes in place to avoid this happening, but sometimes humans make mistakes. I have to agree with the other reviews posted here, we ordered over $200 worth of calendars for Christmas Presents in early December and they didn't arrive until the 21st! Too late to include in packages sent to family. When I contacted customer service the answer was, just because the web site said orders shipped in 1-2 business days, they really meant 1-11 business days! As a result, they have lost a long time customer who won't be recommending them to anyone!
I ordered 3 calendars on 11/26 and still no tracking info received. When I called I waited on hold for 15 mins. Before hanging up. Then I chose the "place order" option and same result. This company SUCKS, order thru Amazon where service is assured!
I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering. Currently I have been sitting on hold for over 30 minutes. Ordered my calendars 1/2.1/3 it said they were "on there way" and gave me a tracking number. The UPS tracking number continues to say they are waiting to receive the package. When I called UPS today they said they have only received a shipping label. But of course, calendars.com hit my account for their money. Luckily I use paypal and can go through them to get my money back. What a joke.
It has been a terrible experience using Calendars.com. First, when I received my order, one of my calendars was missing. I called and was on hold for almost an hour, then hung up. I then was able to get ahold of someone on the chat session who stated that they would send a replacement. I have still yet to receive it and UPS tracking says that the label has been created, but no other information. I have sent them an email, with no response. I am very disappointed in this company and will not be using them again.
