This place is a not suitable for children. We witnessed children with parents who were high on drugs, unsupervised, there was underage sexual activity at the pool unreported by Amy the manager at the time, violence by other residents, racism and rampant nepotism. Our son was molested by another child in the neighborhood and nothing was done about it, except that they harassed us for speaking out about it. Amy meddled in the middle of it and tried to victim blame my son who was only 7 years old and accuse him of "participating" in his victimization. The most shameful behavior I think I've ever seen.
Amy did nothing to stop underage sexual activity at the pool that was reported to her time and time again. She told me I should "get popcorn". This woman worked very hard to try to destroy our lives and harass us because of her petty vendetta. She lies over and over and spreads rampant gossip all over the neighborhood to anyone who will listen. She recently told a resident that Cambio is getting ready to be in a big lawsuit over the siding of the trailers and still talks about me to residents even though I don't live there anymore. The owner let's his employees take the fall for his lack of management and the office has had about 4-5 different managers over a 2 year period. Mercedes, the Property Mgr. Has bullied us and many people in the neighborhood with baseless violations and lies when it serves her. She and the VP, Kimberly engaged in months of harassment of my family. Their lot lease is predatory and they tried everything they could to seize our home from us. They failed and we succeeded in getting out of their hellish neighborhood.
