I signed up with Canada Startups after calling in to get info on grants and funding available. Government site wasn't helpful but these guys pointed me to the exact options available.

My only reason for the review would usually be to complain, but the service by far exceeded my expectations in every way.

I like businesses however I'm too afraid of running my on business, so I just gain theoretical experience in order to understand what I can possibly face in future. I read plenty of business articles and this service jelpes me a lot because it publishes plenty of articles about startups. I don't think that I would run a startup because I prefer traditional approach to business. In my opinion, startup is a very risky idea, while the traditional business is intuitive clearer. This service is great for reading articles and various notes about business and it really helps me to gain experience.

We used the platform to find funding from the government. Being from Ontario it's either go here or go there, when looking for funding. But it seems that nobody was able to help. After finding canadastartups and using the funding platform it seems that their experts actually guided us perfectly. Helped us find programs that we didnteven know existed. Our local mp said they don't exist - until we found the via canada startups. So sad that actual government doesn't care and that 3rd party providers have to step in to help. And thank god they do. With a lot of support abd guidance we were able to get our website up and running and selling on shopify and amazon. The plan was to get guidance up to the launch phase but with the help and the tools we were able to take ot much further and get help to this date and with funding as well. A very unique experience with these guys and one that's recommended to startups.

A business plan, financial statements, PitchDeck and found funding. I used their Growth Package though for the 1000 bucks. They don't offer it but is available if you ask. I was referred to them by BDC bank to get help. Got funded $125k after my plan was done and funding search completed. Justin Fletcher was very helpful the entire process
