Funding via government is made out to be impossible appearing but is there for those who take the time to look. In my experience with you guys, this was proven many times over and I apologize for my initial outbursts. Your goal is defined and was very appreciated in helping me raise funds.

This is one of those tools and services that if you are into your business you dont want to give up and just going ans going and going. We got funded 3 times through a different funding program each time all with their help. Step 1, do a business plan. Step 2, get them to review it and Step 3, apply for everything!

This portal provides a platform where you can search for funding based on your needs and project status. It is a one stop shop that saves lot of time and effort. I was able to get funding within 4 months and in addition to that it provided me with lot of contacts, networking and information that I can use as I move further along with my startup. The team was helpful throughout the process as well.

Experts I dealt with were always very polite and explained everything that they guided me on. This helped me a great deal with understanding the process. They also did provide us with numerous funding agencies to apply to and we will definitely recommend others to use them

The startup portal is a good tool for any individual getting into business. Great support from the staff, quick response time with all contact and very useful tools. Only negative is that the business owner has to do a lot of the work.

Had a good experience with canadastartups.org and have no complaints. A number of people that I had interactions with helped me and answered my questions completely which left me convinced to register. After I did I was provided with their platform log in details and was able to use the tools they told me about. Am pretty satisfied with everything. If you are in business or thinking about a business the tools are great and their assistants actually seem to care which is good to get a bunch of questions answered.

I rate canadastartups.org 4/5 starts because I had some issues registering as my credit card kept getting declined. They kept telling me that my credit card is blacklisted which i didn't know what it meant but after providing them with a new card everything was fine. Still don't know what blacklist credit card is but thanks

3. The ease of use of the platform

The startup platform is a very helpful tool for any small business owners starting up or expanding their business. With all of the tools and resources you guys provide, your platform is one of the best to help with the actual startup process and with the business plan. Additionally the funding database helped me locate a few programs offered by the government that I didn't even know existed.

Using the funding database was hard work. There is way too many options and for somebody not computer savvy, it gives me anxiety. However the experts working there really stepped it up and helped. They made it quite simple to find options. Thanks for that.

Justin Fletcher was very expert assigned and I must say this guy never sleeps. I work during the day and my nights are free to manage my business, so having the experts there to provide support at odd times of the night was so helpful. Recommended service.

* kept sending messages and requests to sign up and promised every help he could. Once I signed up and paid almost $500, it was as if I was alone. They did not offer any assistance and wanted me to do everything on my own, which defeated the aim of subscribing to them in the first place. My money is gone, but I would like to advise anyone subscribing to them to watch out as they are not who they claim to be. They do not offer any help. They will request more money with every service you require within their platform.

Canada Startups was full of surprises in terms of what they offer. As a business owner, starting a new business, it is a challege by any means. They were quite helpful with the business plan write up process and planning our financial projections.
One key aspect they focus a lot on is connecting people with funding agencies. With regards to my business, this means a $******* wage support grant and a $******* loan for equipment and renovation. Very helpful and easy going provider.

I registered with CanadaStartups.org as a referral from my bank branch manager. I wasn't approved for a loan via bank due to my credit but Canada Startups helped me find multiple government loan options that I applied to that count the business plan over my credit score more. A very helpful tool in funding, especially when u have bad credit and need all the help you can get.

Candastartup will answer all questions prior to customers signing up and of course payment. After the signup phase is done - they do NOT return calls to help their clients. Our company has made several attempts to get a company representative talk to us and explain their process with absolutely no success. They bombard you with e-mails regarding your business plan, marketing plan at a Cost... more $$money$$. Our company wasted our time and of course money.
Canadastartups is not a viable choice NOT a happy customer!

I actually rate the professionalism and tenacity of my experts, Justin and David, both deserve a 5/5. I believe that they did the best In explaining the process and to get me the best funding options in the midst of all the uncertainty during the pandemic. Managed to secure $75,000 which is a lot more than we initially set out for,

This business is only intrested in your money, they will never provide you with actual real help. They will send you a copy and past PDF without dated links and claim they have done "work" for you. Even after I pointed out they have broken links in their "work" no response or apologies were made. After my Google review the threatened to close my account if I dodnt remove it or give them a positive review. They since emailed me saying my account is going to be closed. So now they took my money and refuse to continue helping me find funding. From my experience they are just scammers. I do not recommend them to anyone.

My complaint is not with the people but rather the services. The main reason I signed up with them was to get help with my business plan for starting a small business with a camp and quad resort. But I was not willing to pay an additional 250 bucks for this addon. This should have been included. I ended up doing it all myself. I was ready to pull out right there but thought what could it hurt to see what they come up with as far as potential grants. After my plan was done they came back to me 5 days later with one potential client that I had already applied for outside of Canada Startups. I was hoping they would have had some awesome database of clients I couldn't find on my own. Boy was I wrong. For the money signing up and had they been a little more helpful with my business plan this company wouldn't be completely useless. In conclusion, If your starting a small business in the tourism industry and are looking for grant money, you won't find it here. The Liberal government is busy lighting fires and supporting another proxy war and not investing in Canadians. (F%$k Trudeau!). If you risk for this service use paypal. At least you can attempt to retrieve your money back
