I'm inclined to go with Sophie on this one, it has a bad rep at Web Of Trust as a phishing operation, it's odd that a site allegedly offering benefits to Canadians is American, and odder still that the other version of it is in Chinese. Are there that many Chinese high-income earners in Western Canada? Anyhow a very quick trace turned up some stuff in other places that appeared to be marketing and get-rich-quick schemes, so whilst I didn't have time to follow the connections, I'd be very wary about giving any personal information away, and even about following any links from this site.

In any case, any reputable site would provide a great deal more information before expecting you to commit to anything, even giving an email address. I wouldn't even try to navigate away from this page, just click the "home" button on your browser and move on.

UPDATED: Ah, well I was almost right. In fact you are prevented from navigating away from the page AND from successfully using a browser button to do so too. If you do, you will be redirected to another site which also prompts a Web Of Trust alert. If you get stuck on this page, you'll need to close your browser session and start a new one. Not the sort of practice that a reputable site undertakes.
