Cannon Water has a variety of good products at very good prices, and their sales folks are very knowledgeable. I don't understand why a public entity, a sub-division of state government, cannot open an account.

I called for information on setting alarm switches. The representative did not know the answer so she researched it and called me back and provided the information I requested. I didn't like the end result but kudos to the excellent research and timely response.

Everyone I encountered throughout the course of my transaction was kind and accommodating. My order was handled immediately, and when I realized I needed another part shortly after ordering it was added to my original shipment. Unfortunately the part I initially received malfunctioned, but they helped me troubleshoot and ultimately secure a new part and a refund for the first one. This transaction took way too long. Someone changed the digits on the address, so it was at first undeliverable. I had to call to find out where my meter was, when I was told that it had been returned, Then it took way too long to get it sent back out with the proper address, and then I still did not get it, and found out that the US postal service wanted me to pick it up at the Post Office.

I had the part number I needed but your search bar would not come up with the part I needed. I had to call customer service to get to the correct page to purchase my product. Seems like it should be a simple process but it wasn't.

I ordered a supply of BioRooter from Cannon Water. The order was efficiently fulfilled. No issues with the order and the price was reasonable. I thought I would be able to find the product closer to home(I am in WA State) but evidently it is a semi-specialty product, so I am glad that they supply it.

I needed to order some new water treatment parts and filters. But I wasn't able to add one of the items to the cart. When I contacted Cannon Water Service the person that responded to my email was able to order my missing part and add it to my existing order so it would save some shipping cost. Throughout the ordering process to delivery of the products they made sure I got what I ordered and that everything showed up on time. And the issue with the website was also resolved so anyone else that needed the product that couldn't be added to the cart could now order that part online with no issues.
