First experience with CanPar, and my last. As brutal and disrespectful as INTELCOM. Garbage business, with zero integrity, zero empathy, zero customer concerns, worst tracking software in this space. I spoke with a GM at this business; he was so ignorant - attempted to answer my questions and concerns long before I finished speaking! That's how an ignorant, un-schooled, un-educated moron responds to ANY customer!
I called the business I ordered from and spoke with the owner. As a former (now retired) business owner, I understand the frustration a poorly managed courier service can affect a small business. Thankfully, the owner I spoke with was both glad I engaged with him regarding this BS feedback and he offered to use another courier, rather than lose my business, like SIMONS in Montreal did. Done with SIMONS!
I suggest asking the vendor who they use for delivery before you place an order. I ask always now because of INTELCOM and CANPAR. Sad reality!
