While the end product, if you're fortunate enough to get it, is usually a quality product. To try and get a hold of this company is horrible. Limited calling hours, they don't answer even during those hours, to send an email you might get an answer in two or three days, or you might not get one at all. It's just a lousy experience when you have to go through something like that.
The service was great, placed order on Sunday and they were at my house on Thursday! The only thing to be warned of is the company banks in Germany, my bank saw the suspicious charge for Germany and put a freeze on my account! Had to go and get new debit card and spent a lot of time and worry if somebody else got by credit card numbers! When I order again I will use a prepaid credit card to keep this from happening again!
I was following this service for some time. It often offers good discounts on all canvas types and sizes. I'm happy for getting a 25% discount right before Valentine's Day. And, talking about the picture, then it looks amazing for the paid money. I'm glad for purchasing canvas from canvasdiscount
It’s the best site to print some artwork for home. I bought 30” x 20” canvas and it looks great in my room. I didn’t print my photo but i found good one on 123rf and bought it there. Now everyone asks me how I came up with such picture
I remember bestcanvas offered discounts on all sizes a while ago but I didn't use chance to purchase canvas for lower price. But that's not the main reason.
Everything is ok – the canvas itself, the picture and the colors are genuine. The stretching is done tight and canvas is stable. The only recommendation would be - I would like to have discount next time purchasing another canvas which I'm considering to do. Overall, I'm satisfied
Excellent quality, prompt arrival time! Will order again from Canvas Discount. Purchases a canvas of a picture of my dad's hot rod truck and gave it to him for Christmas. Priceless reaction! He kept looking at it and how it proudly holds a place of honor in our family home.
They had a guarantee before Xmas special. I placed my order 8 days before Xmas. Received my confirmation of order and it saying it was headed to production. Ordered 12/17 and here it is the 4th January and I still have the same order status. I've sent 2 emails with no responses and called 20 times and can't get thru to anyone. So who knows if I'll ever get it. Prob a scam. Don't order from here!
Love the pictures! Easy to order, just a few days to receive. Only problem I had was I ordered different sizes and they were packaged tightly together, and as a result the larger picture has two "dents" in the canvas from the edges of the smaller canvas it was packaged with. I hoped that would go away and not be noticeable in a few days, but I still see them. Other than that, this service is great!
Sent 3 photos to transpose onto acrylic size 8 x 8 and the pictures came out of focus, light worst ever transformation. It kills me since the photos were taken with an iPhone 11 Max so it is not the photo, its their process of transformation. Their customer service is awful you can never get through, they do not respond to email. If there was a way to get a refund I would but I think the money I spent is a lost cause. I will never use them again, hopefully people will check reviews before proceeding. I did use other services and I did not experience this disaster at all. I have transposed photos to canvas many times, this was my first to acrylic.

We also ordered two prints for Christmas. Never received our product. We did get a confirmation email but never an email saying it shipped. Sent out two emails never received a reply. Every time you call their customer support number you get a busy signal no matter the day or time. This company is a complete scam avoid at all costs.
