I thought it was too great to be true based on the amazing deals but took a chance on a website I never heard of and as a result we love the canvases we ordered. Quality is amazing, and the fast shipping was a plus for free if you spend more than $xx. Will do business again from South Dakota!
I received only 1/2 of my order. Three weeks later, I've not received the wood bars for the other 1/2 of my order, but not the canvases. I just called their customer service number and a foreign person answered with a "hello," and then hung up on me when I said I was calling about my canvas order. Funny. Every other time I've tried calling, I get a very english sounding woman's voice on the message that plays. I've written very clear emails and have resent my pictures as their request, but still haven't received my two missing canvases. Either they're not too smart, or they can't read english very well. Don't order from this company.
My daughter lost her beloved cat recently, but days before she had taken a lovely photo. By way of consolation, I asked CanvasDiscount to make a pillow cover featuring the photo. Very quickly, my daughter received the item and was so happy to still be able to snuggle with her kitty.

Ordered masks sent wrong order. Poor quality, returned them same day I received them, waited 3 weeks nothing happened. E mailed customer service they were not reading my messages correctly, several back and forth, finally because I did not get tracking number ( mailed back from my mailbox I'm out of 4 masks and $55.00. Nice going I got screwed with my order and money. BUYER BEWARE!
I sent in a canvas print of me and my husband... the wrap around chopped off the top of our heads... so i have not hung this up... kind of busy to deal with sending it back. Not interested in using your site again.
I recently ordered two 20 x 30 Photo Canvases for a client and the color was off and what I did was emailed them and they said to put a hole in the middle and send a picture of it and they would be happy to refund me no problem so I did and they refunded me. I had already placed an order for myself of 6 more photos and they came out wonderful, color was great! So if you can't get through to customer service on the phone email them they are quick...
