I accidentally stumbled on this product while I was doing a google search on some images I wanted enlarged for my bedroom wall. I am so glad I did. When I visited the site, I was skeptical at first because the prices were so low, so I thought that the quality will not be that good! So I decided to order one product. Even while I was setting up the image for print, I was surprised at how precise the ratios were and how many different options I was given. My order arrived in a very timely matter and I was super surprised at the quality of print and frame as well! It was super good quality, the print looked liked a real photo and the frame, though I selected standard frame, is sturdy and holds very well on the wall.
Since then I have ordered 3 more canvases and plan on ordering two more, that by itself should tell you how much I love this product. You will love it, trust me!
Ordering was easy, delivery was slow. Ordered 4 for Christmas presents; ALL 4 canvasses were TOO SMALL for the frames. Website has now not responded to 4 emails and phone number provided does not answer... ever. Was fooled with ". Ca" site suggesting Canada. Actually, apparently Miami based so they don't... care about Canada. This is a scam, rip off site. DON'T GO NEAR THIS OUTFIT
I am extremely pleased with canvas discount.com. I have ordered numerous canvases in the last few months and have always been very pleased. The color, quality, price and quick delivery of my canvases keeps me returning to their site and pushing the "add to cart" button! It's becomes addicting... in a good way!
Do NOT use this site. I have been disputing an item with them with no avail for months, and the Better Business Bureau continues to deny my claim, stating that they are out of business, and there's nothing they can do!
It took over a month to receive my order, I called them many times, there was no answer, when they did answer they promised that my order will be shipped on the same day which did not happened. The print wasn't stretched and I had to do it by myself.
Overall, I would not suggest dealing with them.
I got two pictures printed on canvases. I am impressed by the printing. The colors, printing and framing are excellent. The frame is light weight and mounting is easy. These are perfect gift items. The packing was neat and strong. The canvases arrived intact despite rough handling in transportation.
I placed an order with bestcanvas.com and did not check any reviews prior to it. This is usually very stupid and I was not to happy when I finally did check...
It took one week until I got the delivery and to my suprise everything looked very good! The picture, the frame and the delivery were all as I had hoped.
These canvas prints were absolutely beautiful! I ordered prints of my Grandchildren. My Daughter loved them so much I gave them to her and ordered another set for myself. They were much more than I expected for the price. I certainly will be ordering more for me and my family. Thank you Canvas Discount for these beautiful canvases and speedy delivery!
Received canvas as described, stretched really nice, so I just unpacked it and hanged in my living room. I guess stretching is included additionally in the price and it is done well. Happy for my order
Item not as ordered. Poor quality print... not assembled on frame as they intimated... slow delivery, terrible customer service, found out they're not in the US. they're in Germany, even though they claim to be here.
I ordered my parents a family photo from their wedding done on canvas for a Christmas present and I ordered it Black Friday and just received it today. Shipping was super fast, and the print quality is excellent for the price I paid! I used to work at a printing place and it was so expensive to get prints done there and the quality wasn't that great. Bestcanvas is awesome, would recommend. My parents will love their gift!
Its a joke, customer service continually sending lies such as, the USPS will not accept packages destined to APO. Considering this is a joint service between the USPS and the military they really should get their facts together before finding some lame excuse. I have received shipments from canvaspeople.com and other online vendors mailed with fedex, which is then turned over to USPS or by USPS which gets delivered no problem. Customer service seems to be lazy and not willing to fill out a customs form. The website clearly accepts FPO/APO address. Service members or anyone station overseas be careful dealing with this company. The best answer would have been to publicly state your policy versus accepting an order, waiting three days then trying to convince the customer of mailing it to an alternate address. News flash, stationed overseas.
My canvas order was for an exchange gift at work over this past Christmas (2016). I used a photo from her vacation that showed everyone in the office and when I got her name in the exchange gift, I knew I had to get her something personal and one that she would appreciate.
Needless to say, she cried tears of joy and couldn't be happier. It was the best gift she received. I appreciate the quick service.
I'm very happy for the canvas. The main reason I chose canvasdiscount service is the little research on the web, quite good recent reviews from people and nice price. So, I got good quality canvas which I'll use for home decoration. Recommend the service
I have to say I was very impressed with my canvas print. I didn't know of this company, but seen an ad on Face Book. The price was right so I decided to try them out. I am very happy with the finished product
What a horrrible experience and total waste of money. First of all, the canvas you order will come un-assembled - you will have to assemble it yourself. As if that was not misleading enough, they were 'nice enough' to include a sheet stating they send the canvas this way to save their customers money and have included easy instructions on how to go about assembling (really? Thumbtacks, I mean common')
The instructions were of course 'missing' - frequent emails are not returned. DO NOT ORDER from this company - you are better off spending $20 more and going somewhere else. So sad - horrible experience.
I bought my first one and just loved it. It was of my mom who past in 2008 a picture I had of her before she got sick it is very special. My husband saw it and ask me to get one of his parents so I did and it is just as beautiful. Now I have ordered one of my daughter can't wait to get it. Such great quality work. One of my friends got the free one off my facebook page. She loved it. I know I will buy more in the future. Thank you very much.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My daughter loves the picture of her and her favorite Grandma, and the service and speed of delivery was also fantastic. Even at Christmas time, it only took a couple of days. CanvasDiscount is highly recommended.
I selected the new photo frame option and it's horrible! I am so disappointed with it. The photo has little dots all over and it's blurry and it looks fade... The worst part is that I order 3 more! I just hope that they will look better since they are canvas and not the new horrible photo frame. 0 stars!
I was promised the photo blanket would arrive before Christmas. It arrived today... 1/6/19. My niece had no gift under the tree from me. It IS NOT a blanket. It is tiny and thin and not at all soft. The stitching is large and sloppy. It has a photo of a blurry cat on it but you can not even tell its the photo I sent. The coloring is horrible and you have to really look to be able to tell it is a cat. It just looks like a thin piece of cheap cloth with two big eyes on it. You can give up on calling customer service because that does not exist. I am just out what I paid and I still have to buy my niece a Christmas gift since I am too embarrassed to give her this. Very Disappointed. Very Unhappy. Beware of the rip off! There are so many bad reviews on this company for a reason!
