I ordered my husband a canvas blanket the middle of June, it is now July and I still have not received my order, this company does not offer delivery/shipment tracking so I'm here twiddling my thumbs wondering when I'll get my order. I do not recommend
I was referred by a coworker who is also a photographer. She recommended CanvasDiscount because the product is well done and the photo colors are accurate. My orders came back exactly the way I wanted them to.
I was a little nervous to try CanvasDiscount. But I worried needlessly about the quality. The color was spot on! I've since ordered five more canvasses and love them all!! Speedy service and quality product Teri G.

I ordered a large acrylic print for my office. There was a lot of bubbling between the print and the acrylic. It was especially bad where the frame was bonded on the back. Additionally the mounting bracketry was not in the box, I am not sure if it was to be sent separately as there was no invoice in the box. The print does not look professional and I could not mount it in my place of business. I wrote an email for a return as per the instructions on their website but had not heard back after six weeks.

First let me say that I received my order and I think that the quality of the printing is very good. I was getting extremely nervous due to the amount of time it took to receive my order (almost one month) when on their site it claims that they turn orders around in 48 hrs. I also had a very hard time reaching anyone there to check on the order. I was also not aware that I would have to stretch the canvas myself and I was a bit nervous about that, but if you are a little handy it shouldn't be an issue. It was a great cost savings compared to other sites and overall I am satisfied with the end product.
I was excited about the sale of 8x8 canvas photos and ordered 6 family photos. The first set were very dull in color and contrast, and I asked for them to be redone. The color quality on the second set was better, but in one photo, the top of the head was cut off. I sent a set of photos to canvas discount showing the color improvement and the chopped head and got a message implying they were redoing it, but it has not come ( 2 weeks). The photos were from an iPhone 5, very clear and bright, but not a professional camera.

I was thinking of a way to decorate house, and my friends suggested to fulfill interior with canvas prints. I searched the internet for the best prices, and found canvasdiscount website. Their prices were lower than what other companies offered. I was a bit afraid of the quality. But when canvas arrived, I was really surprised with the canvas. It's just perfect. Many thanks!"

Zero stars. Order took many months, had to resend the image, was not clear that order came unassembled. I ordered two and only received one, and the image looked terrible, and did not fit the frame, the sides "blurs" came over to front at least half an inch. Garbage. Total waste of time and money. They should be ashamed. And they are impossible to contact. Forget about ever getting a call back.
I placed an order for a face mask on the 27th of July. It arrived yesterday and the quality was awful. The mask is thin and the material is uncomfortable. One of the holes for the ears was cut uneven. Masks I've bought for $4 have been better quality. Don't bother wasting your money.
Horrible, horrible, horrible. First they promise 48 shipment on their website. When this didn't happened, I inquired by phone (it's hard to get a hold of them) and was promised it would go out that very day over night, and it didn't happen. I called the 3rd time and had a manager promise me twice that he would have the order out that day over night. I never received it the next day. When I called back, he had no clue why it hadn't gone out. At first I thought it was incompetence, but I'm pretty sure these guys lie. The only reason they get a 1 star is because he promised a prompt refund of my money, when I asked to cancel, and they actually delivered on that. I would steer clear of this site.
My mom and I ordered three canvases to give my dad for Father's Day this year. We are so happy with the turnout! Everything was delivered very quickly and we received a huge discount because of the sale going on. Very excited to give my dad these on Father's Day!
I ordered a canvas and it was perfect! It arrived within 4 days... which I was glad of because I had actually ordered it too late. And the price was cheaper than all the other websites I checked (there was a sale on so I don't know about normally) In addition, the quality was excellent! I had scanned in a picture to put on a canvas and I was afraid it would come out blurry... but it didn't!. It was easy and quick to download my photos. I haven't checked my credit card bill yet so I don't know if they charged the right amount or whatever like the one reviewer said but for the rest I was amazed! Definitely buying here again :)
I was a formal worker at best canvas and it's a horrible company... They have rats, roaches, and baby mice so I won't be surprised if it slipped in your order! The canvas is cheap and the frames are as well, there is no organization at that job. They make you work in over whelming heat for long periods of hours with 1 break. If I where you guys I wouldn't support this company!
Ordered 2 custom mask with uploaded photo of face. Was told 3-5 days for delivery and it took over 2 weeks. Mask was sewn crooked, pleats were so bad it distorted the photo, and the area I selected on the website to print was not followed. Will not order from them again.
Great product, great quality, great price! Fast delivery too. Colors looked great on the canvas. I also found the interface easy to use and quick to set up what I was after in my canvas pictures. Other sites seemed more challenging to use.
Picture had flaws in it and a reordered again. Same issue again. They said my original picture had black dots on it. My original picture was just perfect. They ones they sent me had random black dots on children's heads. They would not give me my money back since I used a Groupon code. Their customer service sucks. Will not use them again!
I ordered a picture I had taken of my boyfriend putting a golf ball on his golf tee and it turned out amazing! I ordered it a few months ago and I still love it! The only thing I didn't like at first is I had ordered it with a mirrored effect on the sides but that was my fault for not paying attention when creating my order. It turns out I like it even more after a couple days of hanging in my living room. Such a great price! Thanks for the amazing product!

I made my first order from them about a month ago. I have not recieved it yet. I have sent multiple emails to no reply. No phone answer. 2 weeks ago i did get an email stating product was ready for shipping with a tracking number but the status has been the same for 2 weeks. If i ever recieve my prints i can only hope they are good but at this point i do not have high hopes. Frustrating.
