Overall I am very pleased with the quality of acrylic prints. We've purchased more than a dozen over the past year.
However, I recently noticed that discoloration occurs where the mounting devices, whether provided by them or others by myself. I've contacted them about the issue, not looking for refunds or anything else, just wanting to let them know that there is a problem with adhesive leaking through to the photo itself.
After two email interactions, they offered me a 40% discount on future orders. They totally ignored the issue I raised. Needless to say, a 40% discount on acrylic photos that will become discolored in a year or so is not an answer to the problem.
They've been advised of the problem. They seem to simply want to ignore it.
I have to say that their canvas prints are great, and there's no threat of adhesive problems (so far, anyway).
For people wanting acrylic prints, beware...
I can't say enough about my experience with this company. I placed my order for 1 canvas on a Friday and it arrived on Tuesday. Now I have ordered 2 additional pictures to hang in my living room. Great product at a great price.
I ordered my order on Black Friday w guaranteed shipping by Christmas. The mailed one of the 9 canvas I ordered and have no tracking for the others. You can not reach anyone on the number listed because they are experiencing a high volume of calls. U stay on hold for 16 minute before the disconnect u every time. Email? Haha what a joke. They don't respond. Will be filing a claim w the better business bureau over my missing canvasses
My print turned out beautifully for a personal home piece. There were a few small resolution issues, which I recognize is an issue with the size print I ordered, but I used the image guidelines provided, so those could've been a little clearer. However, the webpage did warn me about it before I placed the order, and for my purposes it didn't need to be perfect, so I knew what I was getting. Overall, a simple, good experience.
No problems with money wire, ordering process or quality. There were no issues from making a payment till the moment when canvas arrived. I had a little stress when I paid my money, and for example will receive damaged canvas because it can happen during the delivery. But no, everything is fine - the quality, the delivery and the service itself. I'm happy

Ordered three 48X30 canvas prints with hanging kits. When the prints arrived, not only were they short by a half inch on one side and 3/4 of an inch on the other, they were all beat up because they didn't put any padding around the prints, only a VERY thin layer of plastic that was all torn apart upon arrival.
When I emailed them about the problem, they said they would reprint them and send at no charge. When the reprints showed up, they were also the wrong size and all beat up because again, they did not include any padding. They also tried to tell me the reason for the smaller size was due to humidity shrinking the wood which is complete BS. Even if that was the case, the canvas wouldn't still be tightly wrapped around the wood.
They also forgot the hanging kits.
I seriously don't know how this company has such great ratings. It's very clear that the people working there are completely incompetent and have no clue what they're doing.
I got my order 1 and half month late. The website says they ship within 2 days but definitely not true. When I wrote them to ask about my order, it took several days to get an answer and they announced me that my order was never sent... Very poor service all the way through! I will never order again from them!
WARNING. Do not order from this 4 inch scratches on each side of the face of the dog and a huge bump at the bottom edge. After waiting 3 weeks for it. I contacted customer service after being on hold for 15 minutes then was hung up on. Called back and finally talked to someone that i could not even understand. They said it was from the shipping company. Clearly in was not due to the packing was in perfect condition. It was from very poor workmanship. They should be embarrassed of such terrible workmanship. They then sent me an email with directions to destroy the canvas then send another picture of the destroyed canvas then they would send a reprint. By the time they would do this it will be too late as a Christmas present. Waste of my time. I ordered another canvas from a second company and received an Awesome product in 4 days. Good luck if you ever have to deal with this ridiculous company.
