Used spring coupon and got my canvas yesterday. This is my first purchase in this service. The canvas is fine. The order process is quite simple. I wish the website could be a little bit faster. Otherwise, everything is fine.
Last time I ordered canvas for my living room I got a ton of compliments. I've just ordered 2 more canvas – 1 as a gift for a friend and 1 for my bedroom. So glad I've found this website. Such a great gift ideas. Thanks!
I ordered 2 canvases last week and one of them had green stripe in left corner. Other canvas was ok. I took a picture of the brack, sent it by e-mail, contacted the support stuff and asked for a replacement because canvas looked awful.
Next, it took about 2 days for service to inform me about free replacement and after a week I got another brilliant canvas with no issues.
First, I was kind upset for receiving canvas with stripes, but after the conversation with stuff and getting the canvas replaced, it changed the view about the canvasdiscount as a company.
If, for any reason, your arrived canvas isn't as promised, contact the website support. In my case, they were lenience, which makes company reliable.
And, now for the both canvases - now they are great:)

This company must be hit or miss but my canvas turned out perfect! I was sketched out after reading some reviews but figured id give it a shot and I am very glad that I did. Maybe I got lucky but my wedding photos turned out PERFECT and arrived around 3 days after they were shipped.
I have previously ordered with best canvas & was so impressed. Well, not this time. Not only did 1/2 my order arrive, with one of the two sent being misprinted. But after numerous telephone calls that don't go through (they disconnect after 5 mins) and about six emails asking for details on my other canvases, with no reply, I am shocked at the $#*!ty service. This is ABSOLUTELY the worst service I have ever recieved. If I didn't need the canvases for Christmas presents, it would actually be comical. Calling my CC company tomorrow to process a refund. Do NOT order with them!
I ordered 3 canvases, and 1 was missing, the other 2 were defeated. On 9/9 Liz Rogers made a deal to redo the canvases and send the missing one. On 9/28 Glen Rodes emailed me with, he was sending 41.60 to the accounting department and the REFUND would be in 3 to 5 days.
I have sent 2 emails to this company on 11/10 and 11/13. They haven't responded.
SO TODAY, I called *******430 TWICE, customer service and was on hold until they cut you off. No message for you to leave one or anything.
I was going to give a 5 star for their service at once, but the bull I've been through for the REFUND, dropped it to a 1 star.
I submitted two pictures--taken with my iPhone--to be made into canvas. I admit I was somewhat nervous about what quality the final product would be. I was very pleasantly surprised! Both came out very nicely, and were very-well received by the recipients! Great product, great pric, too!
It was absolutely beautiful. It was a graduation picture of someone I have known and babysat for since she was a baby and now she is going to be 18 and starting collage at UCLA.
The other picture was of my son and his wife. They were looking lovingly at each other and somebody snapped a picture. It was a beautiful picture filled with love. You made it so beautiful too. You may be thinking "she sure loves saying beautiful". Well it is because of your work that I can say that sincerely. Thank you so much I plan on using you again,

I ordered prints for Christmas presents. I had hired a professional photographer to take the photo's in a format for the canvas prints. I ordered the prints and they were horrible. They were all washed out and grainy. I have tried to work with the company and be patient but it is now April and I have had no refund or replacement prints. Sad because I have tried to give them the benefit that it was Christmas and maybe just too busy and the prints were not good. I wish they would have just worked with me.
Absolutely loved everything about my canvas prints. This is the best website for super high quality canvas prints at terrific prices. Also the prints were shipped super fast. This will be my only place I will ever purchase my canvas prints in the future.
I ordered several framed prints from the site. The photos on the site of the product only show a corner of the frame. The next morning, I realized that it may be possible that the backs may not have a flap that allows them to stand. I went to the live-chat and it told me to call. I called and an automated message told me to email them. I emailed them and told them that if their frames don't have the requested backing, I wish to cancel. I started the process way before the item was printed and shipped. Eventually, I got a notification that the items have shipped. Then I got an email from customer service a few days later telling me I can buy separate backings to hang the frames on the wall. That's not even what I was asking them. So now I've got over $100 of framed prints being sent as a Xmas gift that I they stand on the mantel (or apparently even hang on a wall).
I used this website after using another vendor. I was sooooo disappointed with the quality of the product. The "canvas" turned out to be vinyl and not actually a very durable surface. The color is muted and not vibrant at all. I could not be more disappointed in the overall product. It did come in a timely manner which is different from the other reviews. I would not buy from them again. I would go back to my other vendor "Printitoncanvas.com" instead. They are first class.
My shipping address is correct for RI yet my prints were delivered by UPS to Miami, Florida?! How does that happen? I've been charged over $70 and have NOTHING! Have sent an email to see what will be done to correct this, am waiting for a reply.
I don't understand the early bad reviews given to this company. I ordered a canvas photo from another company, and it took a month to get it! I ordered 3 of the same photos from Canvas Discount and had it in 4 days! I love the price, I love the canvas, and the turnaround time was great! It was already stretched onto the wood as well. I would buy from them again for sure!
NEVER order from this site! I bought a valentine's gift on here, and it never came, which was a flop. Not only was I left empty handed on Valentine's day... I called to try and get this order resolved... and no one answered, their mail box was full. I wrote countless emails to them, no answer. Finally after a month of trying to get a hold of them someone answered... and they said it had no printed, then he said it did print but it was damaged... WTF! This place is a joke, it is a SCAM... I would never recommend this site to anyone! Stay far away... pay a couple more dollars for a reputable company!
Quality to the top and price to the low. I'm shocked for the promised quality and low the price. I will definitely use this service once more. I hope it will offer some new products like personal photo books or stickers, or, something new. Just like it does other services
I was very disappointed when I received my canvas print. It was not canvas, it was plastic! I immediately took it over to one of my other canvas prints and you can absolutely tell that my picture was printed on a vinyl weave to look like canvas. Not to mention that the picture was dull and faded. False advertisement! Poor Quality!
I have ordered several times and have always been satisfied. I have ordered 10 times for this company. Every order I placed was perfectly done. The arrival time for shipping seems to be getting faster. The last order I placed was received in 2 days after placing the order online.
I purchased an enlargement with the metal frame. I received the enlargement but it has been almost 2 weeks frame ( support) has not been received. I have emailed customer no service and got no response. Calls to company go to music and no one ever answers
Most of the canvases were off centered and had the stretch marks extending on the face of the canvas. The folds were rather large and unprofessional looking. The service was fast and the price low. You get what you pay for.
