Purchased $100 worth of merchandise and cancelled within the allotted window. They ignored cancellation and shipped anyway - to two different addresses. They promised a full refund but ask I destroy the merchandise and show pics to prove - I did - they never refunded and now I'm out $100 with nothing to show for it. Disgusting. What do you expect from a German company fronting as an American business. Leopards don't change spots. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
They do not ship canvas within 24 hours, but within 48 hours, so I received my canvas 6 days after placing the order. Speaking of the canvas itself – it is outstanding! The quality is high. I would only suggest the service to work on a faster turnaround. Overall, canvasdiscount is recommended!
If you can take a focused and crisp photo, this is the best service to create your own art. I have had photos done on canvas from30 inches by 40 down to 12 by 20; and each turned out super. The delivery was prompt and the end product is the envy of most of my neighbors. I have used this service for portraits, as well as landscapes- they do not disappoint.
I am speechless. I ordered a framed canvas print. It came in crooked. They told me to place heavy books on it so I could straighten it. What the what? Never heard of such a thing. I have ordered frames over the years and never ever had an issue. They said they would reprint and resend. No. Not going to do that in hopes it comes in straight. Will never order from this co again. Canvas on Demand is the best by far and should have stayed with them. I will dispute my order with my bank until I get refunded.
I ordered a canvas print which I received damaged. Emailed CD and they sent me a new print FREE of charge. Great customer service and they sent me coupons for additional savings! I then placed a second order and recently received those undamaged. Absolutely stunning results overall and love their product. Thanks CanvasDiscount! My next order isn't far off...
I ordered several prints from this company. I was extremely dissatisfied with their work. The frames were cheap, there was marks on the matting, and the quality of the prints were poor. I tried to contact a person to resolve the issue, but had to go through email. I finally got an email back, but they only wanted to send me reprints. I am still continuing to fight this issue. Do NOT use this company.
Canvas Discount did a great job! I was a little worried about a canvas so large. But it turned out great with beautiful color. My nephew and his wife have it hanging above their dining room table. It looks awesome!
Loved my canvas and it arrived very timely! Great quality! Lol, it was bigger than i though because of human error. But you can't beat the price and the quality. I ordered one for my middle daughter and plan to order more! Thanks so much. I am very satisfied.
Very disappointed. I attempted to order using my credit card. As I typed my number in, their system kept adding numbers to my numbers. So of course when I try to continue, I get a message that this number isn't correct. (Well of course it's not, since their system "jacked" with my entry) They also want you to "take a picture" of your credit card to attach to the order info. (which I didn't do!) Very strange! I've just called my credit card company to report them and cancel 'this' card and have a new one issued. Not taking any chances. SCARY!

I just received my picture and they are not what I expected, I sent six pictures to have done and the heads are cut off, the sides were cut off. I'm not sure what y'all were looking at when you print the picture and I don't understand why I didn't get a phone call or an email explaining the order to me?
I would like a refund.

Answer: I took about a week for four 16x16 canvases. Not sure if other types of items would require a longer processing time.
