I ordered an 8x10 pic for my grandsons grad pic on metal! It showed up later than promised and it was on some type of plastic with no way to hang it! Literally nothing on the back! The color was horrible and the edges very sharp! We tried to get someone to respond and it took several weeks for a response! Then the hoop jumping started, take a pic, email it to them! Then we got an email wanting us to scratch or mark through the pic and take another pic and send it to them! This is a $20 pic! There customer service is horrific! I don't recommend them, run as fast as you can! I will do more then $20 worth of damage to there reputation! You better get smart before you don't have a business!

I was over joyed with the quality of your work and will order more after my daughter and grandson see each other. My daughter lives in FL and can't wait to see her nephew. I'm going to order 2 more. But the ones of my grandson Brayden were absolute fantastic and my mom could believe the quality and my mother in law loved it as well and I got one for me and just over joyed with it. Will use this company many times in the future.

I took a chance and ordered 3 canvases of different sizes. All of them I am very pleased with. Great color match with my original photo, and the same resolution too. I am very very pleased with all 3. The largest was 20x30 and on I did not upgrade the size of the frame. I was worried I didn't but it looks fine. I will next time just for the look of it. The smaller frame size is still very sturdy. I have recommended canvas discount to others.

I purchased a Groupon for pillow covers and this Groupon should have covered the total price of the product. Instead it only covered up to 12.99. I still purchased the covers (they are a gift) I have been emailing back and forth with best canvas about this because the shipping cost was 0$ but they are telling me that the 12.99 was the shipping? If this was shipping then it should have been in the shipping spot in the totals. They are saying that this was an error. Not very happy with the explanation and do not recommend ordering from them. As a customer it is not my problem if there is an error, or being told that I shouldn't ordered from a smart phone cause that's why there was an error... You cannot tell me I am being charged for shipping when the shipping spot said 0$

Thanks to this printing service I found another one where the customer service can help you with issues and actually care!

The people who work at this service don't care enough, I couldn't upload my artwork due to size, any professional knows that a perfect artwork can't print on lower than 300dpi resolution, the max size on the site doesn't let you upload the artwork even if it is for a big canvas, and the people in Best! Canvas don't care if you send 1000 emails asking them for help, I guess they just get paid whatever they do anyway!

Guess the most important thing to know about this site is you get what you pay for. First, it was not clear that you need to assemble the frame and stretch the canvas yourself. The frame materials are very cheap. The quality of the printing is just barely average. Comparing this to canvas4life, even thvough they are more expensive, I would pay the higher price in a second versus going back to discountcanvas. Needless to say, I feel the overall quality is poor.

I had once experience with this service a year ago and I was disappointed. The picture was bad quality and I wanted to have my money back. I was offered pretty good discount. One year later, I searched for another canvas service but couldn't find any with good price. Then I decided to use canvasdiscount once again because I had coupon. Now I'm glad for that because service has improved a lot, the quality is much much better than previous year and delivery is faster. I'm glad that canvasdiscount has improved the quality and reputation a lot.

I had a miner issue (one corner wasn't folded nicely) but I never complained about it. When they asked me if I was happy w the order I explained. Customer service was amazing. They offered me a replacement w/o returning the original print. I found that VERY GENEROUS but felt that problem was easily fixable; so I sent them an email that instead of replacement I'd like to get their best discount for future orders. They emailed and thanked me but didn't sent me any coupon code. However if I called them before my next order I'm sure they will give me the best discount.

When I first ordered from this site, I was unaware that you had to stretch the canvas yourself, but after looking up reviews I found that out. I wasn't too concerned given the canvases were only $9 but I was a little worried when I read that people thought they were poor quality, didn't receive them, etc. I am happy to report that I received great quality canvases, all the parts, and it only took a week after I ordered them to receive them. I would definitely order from here again and although I think I got more quality than what I paid for, I'd caution others to realize that with cheap canvases you may not get the quality you want. You get what you pay for! BUT like I said, with my professional photo, I received great canvases that were high quality. The only reason I took them down 1 star was due to the site not really coming out and saying that you had to stretch the canvas on your own, but again, I realize I got what I paid for.
