Just received and ended up throwing away a picture puzzle. It was impossible to separate the puzzle pieces without damaging them. The puzzle was too thin that it tore apart. Beware this is pure junk.

I have been waiting for my order USA*******145 to arrive to my aunt in Brooklyn that was ordered and paid for on 4/28. As of this date 5/15 the order has not arrived! I have sent numerous emails to you called you which hangs up on you also numerous times! WHERE IS MY ORDER!

Not really a good deal either First you pay on LivingSocial for the puzzle Then you still had to pay for shipping I had to pay separately for eight pieces what a rip off
Before I submitted my order online, I made a phone call to them asking if the picture looked blurry. If it did, I wouldn't submit the order. The guy said it was fine. Received the print and it was so blurry. Took a week before they answered their phones. They requested that I send a picture of the blurry print. I did. I asked them numerous times if I could try to send a different photo but they did not answer my request. Instead they asked me to run a magic marker or a knife through the print and then they would credit me. It was a picture of my husband and myself, so I found it somewhat difficult to do this. I asked them numerous times to please pick up the print. They'd answer with the same reply... destroy the print, with a magic marker or knife. So I finally took a magic marker and drew a big X through it. It was bizarre having to do this. Sent them a picture of destroyed, blurry picture and now waiting for a credit. In my opinion, they may be the least expensive company out there, but their quality and lack of customer service is why I'd never retain their services again.
The download of my pictures was easy and my order was received in timely manner and all 15 canvas pictures were perfect and the frames very well made.
Requested refund and they requested proof of canvas destroyed which I sent and I never got my money back or a reply... so they kept my money

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! After they sent me my original order of a black and white image, which somehow ended up in a brown tone, I had to have a reprint done, but once again the reprint was done wrong. Finally it was black and white like the original image was, but it then did not stretch to cover the stretcher bars that were provided for me. Once again, I called and spoke to someone about the issue that I was having and she told me that I could return the print and emailed me a shipping label. After shipping it back to them, I did not get a refund. After three weeks of patiently waiting, I called them to see what was going on with the refund and the man that I spoke with was not only completely unprofessional, but he told me there was nothing that he could do for me over and over. He claimed that they did not have the canvas that I sent back to them, that they never received it, and that they did not have a record of them sending me an email with a shipping label. I spent over ten minutes with him on the phone asking him why I had to pay for a mistake that I had not made and all he responded with was "I'm sorry ma'am, there is nothing that I can do." He basically tried to blame me and act like I was making all of this up and did absolutely nothing. There was no customer service, no compassion, nothing. Do not trust these people with your money! They will rip you off and leave you empty handed. I am now out $63 and do not even have a product anymore to show for it.
When you see items discounted so low... you always wonder... hmmmm... can it really be that good? Well, with this company... It was... bravo, please keep it up... what a wonderful gift it made...

This was my FIRST time using CanvasDiscount, and the old addage is still true. You get what you pay for. I ordered a small canvas of our high resolution dog photo. What came would have been an OK canvas, but it was SEVERELY DARK almost to the point of needing alot of light to see it. This was not representative of the photo I uploaded. After alerting my disappointment about it to their customer service, they sent me a blanketed email (which clearly tells me this happens often), asking for photos of it. While I thought that was fair, when taking a photo, the Iphone Auto adjusts for lighting and enhances the photo! I would steer clear of this company, ESPECIALLY if you are ordering something larger than my 8x12.
