I have been using them for years for my art business. I am pleased with the quality of their canvas prints, and so are my clients who receive them. Occasionally I will receive a piece that has a small defect, or was damaged in shipment, and all it takes is a quick email to them and they immediately send out a replacement. They are able to fill large orders, too. I supply art for Stella's cafes in Illinois (see photo). These orders typically range from 50 to 90 canvas prints. No problem! They get them done in a timely manner and my client is always happy with the quality. I will continue to rely on them for all my canvas printing needs.

Customer service email must be a bot. They don't really read the email, and repeatedly provide the same canned answer even to replies. I wasn't expecting anything from them (past their year guarantee) but wanted them to know their adhesive was failing over time. I've stopped ordering from them and warn other that after time, their pictures might separate and fall.

I ordered from this company for the first time ever. Spent over $450 for 16 prints and shipping. As soon as I hit complete I realized I needed to swap 3 photos. Their policy clearly states that you can contact them within 2 hours for a change. I wrote within minutes. No reply after 2 messages and then I get a notice the next day it's shipped out. Reach out again. Finally hear back tonight that it's too late. No recourse nothing. Just it's shipped too bad. What kind of customer service is this?
Update - they offered to send me the prints now free of charge. That at least is nice. Do recommend live agents moving forward to assist in situations like these.
I've ordered twice from them and both times they've sent the package to the wrong address; an address that is slightly similar to our correct address, but wrong nonetheless. They have no way to call and speak with anyone and when you try their chat option, it will only allow you to leave a message. When you email them, an idiot keeps repeating what you already know and swears they are sending the item to the correct address, but no such luck. The quality of the canvas I DID receive is great, but not worth the hassle of dealing with customer service.

I've always been interested in art however I do not possess any art skill. A lot of my ideas were locked in my head without the means to articulate them. Now I have AI. Canvason demand has given me a way to show those thoughts off professionally.

I placed an order on Dec. 9,2023. With the hopes of it arriving by Christmas. When we didn't receive anything by Dec. 17th I went on the website to track my order, just to find out it was canceled. Not only could I not talk with anyone on the phone.they wanted me to pay 5 dollars to speak through emails! I can't believe what terrible customer service that is. I do not, and will not recommend this company to anyone. It doesn't even deserve one star!
Canvas on Demand has absolutely the worst customer service of any company I have ever done business with. Its too bad because their products are nice but its just not worth it. They don't know how to fix mistakes they make. There are many other choices so save your aggravation and find another company to create your canvas
I ordered canvas prints from 4 different companies, and by far Canvas On Demand was the worst experience of the four. The canvasses are cheaply made! Their method and materials used for packaging is shameful! Mine arrived CRUSHED!
Don't use this company. They ship the wrong sizes, the quality of the pictures are terrible. And I tried using them 3 times and same issues every time. Customer services is great, but get ready to be calling them!
Tip for consumers:
You can return stuff fairly easily but be prepared to return 90% of what you order, increasing the amount of time it takes to get to you and the quality will always be a 50/50 shot.

Quality canvas work - I have been a long time customer of this website. If you want a quality canvas picture that is better than you could imagine... then you will check out this website. Their prices are so affordable... it gives everyone the chance to hang something priceless on their wall.
I have found that this company will not respond to any customer service requests. I ordered two different prints and the quality is sub par. They refuse to communicate in any way to arrange corrections or refunds. Do not use this company
This site often has a groupon and you just cannot beat the price - $60 for two 16x20 prints. Shipping was included. The prints looked fine (might not be the best, but I don't have anything to compare).
I've used canvasondemand.com many times and received stellar printing and wonderful customer support. They even adjusted my printing size (larger) at no extra cost- because my original photo dimensions were not scaled the same as my desired dimensions.
FYI: get the $15 hardware/ dust cover put on. It's worth it- much more professional looking and you don't have to measure and attach the hanging hardware yourself.
I bought 3 of the same picture through Canvas on Demand with an Amazon Local deal. Can't beat the price... BUT, I got 2 out of 3 pictures on time before Christmas. Since one was getting shipped overseas, it did not ship it time, nor is it even there yet still! I ordered it 12/8/14 and it has been a month! I felt like they did not prioritize my order since they felt it would not get there in time for Christmas nor did I get a call or email saying my order would be delayed since they had to recreate it. ALSO, the canvas I ordered for myself is buckling. I've only had it for a little over 2 weeks.

Disappointed. Waste of money. Image was cropped/framed differently from website preview. Other companies allow you to discuss image with reps for free. This one charges. I used a Groupon, but even still feel like it was a waste. I was suckered into thinking I'd be purchasing a professional, quality product. Wish I could get refund.

They deliver a nice product, however their customer service is poor and they do not honor their timelines - took almost 20 days for them to process my order. I had to refund my client but I as a business provider cannot justify a 20+ day turnaround when I promise 2 weeks, at the outside.
Don't count on them in a pinch.

I've order four different canvases from Canvas on Demand (using Groupons) and each time, I am amazed at the quality of work I get for the little I pay. I love the 'bleed' surround - it looks fantastic. I've just ordered my fourth one, and I've never had a single problem. I ordered once from another company, and hated the image - they chopped my composition down for the wrap, instead of doing the image bleed, and the canvas was warped and rippling. Canvas on Demand's prints look great two years later, no fading. The colors were a close match to my computer screen (which is calibrated for photography prints.) I've been extremely happy with the prints I've gotten.
I ordered a canvas and just received it a day earlier than expected! The canvas quality exceeded my expectations and I am so glad I took the chance! So happy and I know my son is going to love it! I'm using them again for an even bigger project!

Do not give this company your money. They sent me 4 canvas prints that were all sorts of messed up, and they WILL NOT stand by their money back guarantee. After spending over $170, they offered to replace my prints but only if I paid another $70 in shipping. Yes, you read that right. THEY screwed up my order and would only replace their mistakes if I paid more money.
Although someone with good manners named Hannah has sent me several messages though SiteJabber, no one from CanvasOnDemand has emailed me directly, despite my numerous attempts to contact them by phone and email. I am thoroughly frustrated and angry.

Emailed customer service immediately after purchase that I noticed one of my grandchildren head was cut off. No response until 4 days later only to tell me they couldn't do anything. It already shippedReceived my print with the heads cut!

I recently used a canvas on demand groupon to try their service. At the same time I had a canvas print made of a different picture at Costco. I have to say that the quality of the one from Costco appeared better. The colors were richer, my canvas on demand picture arrived with an obvious small nick at the top of the photo. But they were very accommodating in adjusting the size of the print to the photo I sent in. The photo had a very bright red expanse in it, maybe this is just hard to duplicate. So I might try them again, depending on the price.
I ordered 2 canvas prints and one got delivered and the other one I have been following up for 2 months and they keep saying they are looking for it and tracking it. Never will order one more from these guys. Just waste of money.

Don't purchase a Groupon from this Company and expect any service! They do not process timely, they do not respond to Customer Service e-mails and if you do get to talk to a real person they openly admit "voucher orders" are not processing timely.
I am an artist and sent in a jpg file at 29.5M. Canvas could not take my 200M Tif file. Quality of print was terrible and nowhere near the quality I usually get from independent shops. I guess this was a lesson in you get what you pay for!
