I have been using them for years for my art business. I am pleased with the quality of their canvas prints, and so are my clients who receive them. Occasionally I will receive a piece that has a small defect, or was damaged in shipment, and all it takes is a quick email to them and they immediately send out a replacement. They are able to fill large orders, too. I supply art for Stella's cafes in Illinois (see photo). These orders typically range from 50 to 90 canvas prints. No problem! They get them done in a timely manner and my client is always happy with the quality. I will continue to rely on them for all my canvas printing needs.
I have over 100 prints over the course of several months and populated a large wall with them as well as gifts. The wall is sunny certain times of the day/year. After about 14 months a picture separated from its backing and dropped to the floor. For the last year or so I have had 20 pictures flop down from the top or completely fall off just leaving the black backing. I keep fixing them with gorzilla glue and clamps. Now I keep looking for separation and try to catch them before they fall apart (and glue them). Eventually I will work through all of them and not walk in a see one missing. Customer service email must be a bot. They don't really read the email, and repeatedly provide the same canned answer even to replies. I wasn't expecting anything from them (past their year guarantee) but wanted them to know their adhesive was failing over time. I've stopped ordering from them and warn other that after time, their pictures might separate and fall.
Canvas on Demand has premium canvas prints which I like because the back is finished and no company logos or sizes markings show. However, here is where the greatness ends. If you order a canvas that is a gallery wrap there are not issues other than an occasional incorrectly wrapped corner. When I order a black edged canvas or a blur edge there is trouble. On every canvas the photo overlaps onto the sides of the canvas. The photo MUST be only of the front. I have ordered many 16 x 20 premium canvases and they are consistently wrong. Therefore I cannot sell them. I guess when the price is cheap you get cheap. Customer service is excellent but my most recent re-do canvas arrived looking exactly like the problem one. Very frustrating. I want to display and sell my work. I cannot do this unless all the photos I submit are suitable for canvas gallery wraps. Anything else just does not work. Why is it that the photo cant be printed a 1/4 inch smaller so it fits on the front of the canvas with out spilling onto the sides?
The quality of the original canvas was good but orientation was wrong. The company contacted me and sent me another canvas at no cost. They were totally helpful and very friendly. Got the new canvas today and it's perfect. Thank you.
My wife and I were driving through the country side one day and found a landscape that we took a picture of on our cell phone. Sent the pic to this company and I was working and came home and my wife surprised me and hung it, and out of the corner of my eye I saw it and literally gasped> It was so absolutely beautiful, they captured the sunlight and sky which looks damn real I cant stop looking at it. I have ordered about 15 canvas's from Canvas On Demand, and each one is perfection. The one time they messed up is because I messed up on the order myself. They replaced the canvas for nothing. The framing is superb, the corners are very neat, the quality is the highest, the color is beautifully saturated; you can't beat perfection.
I have been trying to order some canvas for Christmas. I keep getting emails saying payment was not successful. I tried calling and couldn't get a human. When I put my order number and codes in it said couldn't be found. I have put my paent in 4 different times. Also on different days. So it's not as I was putting in the wrong number. I emailed them and got no where. I got a survey later in the day abut support team. When I tried to do it. It said survery not open. Will find another place to do business.
The attention, service, finished product, shipping AWESOME! Even resized a pic simply because it would look better than what I had ordered/paid for & didn't ask me for a cent more to do so! Very happy, so happy I have ordered & received a total of six canvas from them and about to refer six more for Christmas gifts! Upon receipt of the package, I opened the box with 4 16x20 custom canvas prints. I couldn't control my emotions. Whoever did the work is very much appreciated. I submitted a print of 3 generations and I'm one of the remaining daughters in the picture. My grandmother passed in 1987 and my mom 04/2016. The Crew Canvas on Demand had previously notified me that 2 of the four photographs weren't coming out well on enlargement. The other picture was of my parents and my dad passed 06/2016. I told the staff member to do whatever it takes. He made both in sepia and it was perfect! The grainy-ness was not noticeable. I'd give the crew a 100+ stars if it were possible. You won't go wrong if you put your trust in Canvas on Demand. I'll be back again for other projects. They handled the job professionally with a personal touch! Signed, tears of joy
I payed $45 and ordered a canvas a month ahead of time for my baby shower, which I figured was plenty of time to have the canvas shipped to my home. Apparently there was no tracking number for my order and the canvas has been lost, and now I don't have the canvas for my baby shower as I needed, and I'm very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend using. Highly overpriced and will let you down
I LOVE Canvas on Demand! At first, I ordered the 16x20 sizes I purchased through Groupon. After seeing the high quality, however, I now frequently order the larger sizes. These make fabulous gifts, too!
Disgusted by this place! I got a Groupon voucher for 200 bucks for $80 and had a coupon to take my total to 205 but I couldn't combine my voucher and my coupon so I ended up spending triple than I would have with easy canvas who I strongly recommend!

My worst online purchase experience, and I do a lot of online shopping. Purchased 11/23/14 and received final product on 01/8/15. Paid $16 extra to have a professional review the final product to ensure it looked great. Received the two prints and one was never even touched, photo was grainy and subjects had glowing red eyes! They were made aware a week before Christmas and refused to expedite the replacement due to their error. They had a chance to make it right and didn't. Not one email was responded to within 48 hours, and there were many emails back and forth... no wonder it didn't arrive anywhere close to being on time. I received emails from 10 different employees at this company, clearly the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. If you send a perfect photo you might get lucky but do NOT be ripped off by the extra fee to ensure your photo looks the best. Worst and most frustrating communication I've ever dealt with and each would frequently contradict the other. Save yourself a major headache and just have Wal-Mart or another place in your local area do it. They offer same day service often and you won't be left high and dry needing your print by a certain date. Lesson learned!

We’d also like to address your concerns and hopefully clear up any confusion in regards to the Professional Review and Retouching services. We’ve reviewed all communications between you and our staff as well as all actions taken on your order. We see that our professional artists contacted you on Nov. 24th about the quality of your image and worked with you on getting us a new image file. We then moved the order into production on Dec. 2nd after we received the new image.
Our Pro Review service is only for the image to be reviewed by a professional; it does not include any retouching services. However, we do apply complimentary red-eye correction on all orders when necessary. Our team converted your color image file to Black and White as you requested. However, red-eye correction cannot fix a glare that is in a Black and White file. The only way to resolve this particular issue would be to use a completely different image file.
We received confirmation on the preferred picture for your reprint on Dec. 18th and we got started on your third canvas right away. Unfortunately, by that time it was already past the window for us to guarantee delivery by Christmas. Again, we are so sorry for the disappointment this caused and that the reprint did not arrive before your special event. We’ve followed up with you in a separate email to confirm that you have received the full refund that we issued on January 14th. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
I've been a loyal customer of COD for 8+ years. Their canvas prints are decent quality and the color is always on point which is why I continued using them for all these years. However, as of two years ago, they went through some changes and their service quality went down the tubes.
They've had to refund me recently for several canvases that arrived dented, frames that arrived scratched (for the PRO account), and the newest one... hardware installed upside down!
When I finally got a rep on the phone they simply said that this was collateral damage from doing so much business with them. In their words "from time to time, you're bound to receive damaged goods. It happens."
The problem is that I've had issue WITH EVERY SINGLE order recently.
Their prices are unbeatable, sure. But be aware that's because these canvases are constructed with cardboard (not wood) and in their words, you're bound to receive damaged goods from time to time. You're taking a chance with each order. Just be aware. I've been loyal customer and gave them chances but their lack of care about their customers is the last straw. I'm moving on to another service. I ordered two canvases prior to Christmas. I received a confirmation email with a projected shipment date as January 8th, which was fine with me. Four days past January 8th, the status didn't change at all or did I receive another email with shipment notification as promised in the first email. So I finally emailed them and didn't hear back. Then two days later, I suddenly received shipment notifications. I ordered the exact same size canvases from Picture on Canvas on the very same day (I got groupon deals for each site). I received those on January 3rd. It's now January 12th and I feel that they wouldn't have even shipped them till later if I hadn't emailed them.

I find their customer service to be non existent. I ordered something from them and the day after, I used their website inquiry from to ask if they could include something with the shipment, a gift, if I sent them the paper I wanted included. I got an immediate auto-reply that my message was received and someone would be back to me within 24-48 hours. It didn't happen. I tried again with the same negative results.
I got notice of the shipment this morning and noticed that the tracking showed the incorrect address. I rechecked the order and the address was listed correctly on the order, but apparently they don't have enough talent to copy their own data. I again wrote and got the usual auto-reply.
But here is the kicker, I discovered that they had a Facebook page and wrote of this experience as a post on their FB page and I heard from them almost instantaneously. Needless to say, I will never again order from these derelicts and fortunately, there are a lot of companies out there that do great canvas prints with super customer service.
I placed an order for Father's day and paid for expedited shipping that said it was guaranteed to arrive in time for Father's day. When I checked my order today it will NOT be arriving in time. I contacted them and all I was offered was a "sorry" and a refund of the difference in shipping. I will still need to pay the shipping charges. I ordered something from a different website but it wasn't going to get here in time so I ordered this because of the Father's Day guarantee. I AM BEYOND UPSET!

I have nothing but great things to say about canvas on Demand. They are the nicest ppl to work with they help on any kind of trouble you maybe having and they stand 100% behind their beautiful work. Believe me when i say beautiful i was in a awe when i got mine they are beautiful and I will never go any where else for any kind of canvas work ever they have always got great great deals. Listen folks i am hard to please but these folks had no problem pleasing me at all.

Canvas on Demand promised me that my orders would arrive before Christmas. Three of them did not--the three that were for my sons. I called a number of times and received a message saying that they could not respond, call back later. Eventually, I was put on hold, and after waiting about 20 minutes, a representative actually answered. From her I received another promise that the items would arrive before Christmas. I COULD NOT TRACK THREE OF MY ITEMS BECAUSE CANVAS ON DEMAND SENT THEM VIA USPS, WHICH DID NOT RECOGNIZE THE TRACKING NUMBER. When I did not receive the items on the day of Christmas Eve, I called, and guess what?--they were closed for the holiday! DO NOT TRUST THIS INEPT AND DISHONEST COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I AM OUTGRAGED. THEY SAID THAT IF THE ITEMS DID NOT ARRIVE WHEN PROMISED, I WOULD RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. IF I DO NOT, I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I have ordered 7 canvas prints for gallery showing. The first 4 were good. The last three were POOR! The color was off, there was pixilation, the exposure was dark and flat. The last 3 30x30 prints were NOT USABLE. Customer service is beyond POOR. I am so disappointed and now have to start the project over again. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

I submitted an application for an account. I received an email stating that they needed more information. I supplied the information to the email they said to send it to. The customer "service" rep told me to apply for an account. I responded that I already had applied but more information was requested and that is why I was sending the email. The response was that she would resubmit it. I have not heard back from them except for a request to rate my experience with customer "service" because they are a new company and are trying. That was on Saturday and on Monday when I went to respond that the "service" was not great, I received a message that I couldn't leave them feedback on my experience because the ticket had been closed. If they treat me in such a disregarding manner, I can not believe that if my end users have a problem that this company will be of much help and then I will be the one getting bad reviews.
A piece of advice to this company. When a customer reaches out to you, especially if it is a legit problem, you had better do everything to fix the problem because for everyone that does bother to reach out there are 10 that just moved on to another provider.

I am so much impressed with the care. I had great experience and the prints was great. They came out obsolutely perfect and received them quickly. The shipping cost was reasonable.
I ordered a framed canvas print of a picture of my husband and son for Father's Day. I ordered it in plenty of time for the holiday, it arrived 4 days before. But the finished product was not the same as the PROOF I approved- AND I paid extra to have it reviewed BEFORE it was made.
Any replacement would not be received in time. I contacted customer service THREE times over 3 weeks. I finally got a reply to my THIRD contact after advising them that I had made a claim with my credit card company not to pay them. This was their response:"Thank you for contacting us. I apologize for the delay! We've received an increase in contact and order volume recently, and have developed a completely new workflow which has resulted in a bit of a backlog with our products and customer service replies. We are working as quickly as possible to respond to emails in the order they are sent.
I greatly apologize that your canvas was cropped differently than the preview. We would be happy to help however we are not able to provide a replacement for the order if a claim has already been made for the purchase. If your bank is refunding the amount paid for the order we are unable to provide further reimbursements. If you are receiving a refund from your bank please feel free to place a new order through our website."
Basically, whatever lady, you got your refund so place another order thru the same process that failed you the first time if you still want it.
This was my FIRST and LAST order with CANVAS ON DEMAND.
Found CanvasOnDemand via Groupon. Purchased a $98 Groupon for 2 large canvases, when diverted to CanvasOnDemand to redeem the coupon I discovered there is literally no photo that will be a match for these size canvases (has professional photos of all shapes and size with great resolution). Groupon scam number one. Because I wanted two prints by Christmas, I decided to spend money directly on CanvasOnDemand on different size canvases (my second and biggest mistake) and when I received them in the mail I was unbelievably disappointed. I couldn't even gift them to my husband. I couldn't even show them to him for Christmas because they were so embarrassingly low quality photos of our trip to Greece. The photos were high quality and the resolution and quality of the photo was so poor. BUT EVEN WORSE: I am out almost $300 from CanvasOnDemand and their scheming partnership with Groupon to provide ZERO costumer service or response. I have not received a single response to multiple emails and of course there is no way to contact by phone. I am so disappointed and plan to tell everyone and ever professional photographer in Austin Texas about this experience.
Never received the product and this was a wedding gift, emailed them about 4 times with no response!

My prints were cropped so terrible I could not hang them. No one will contact me through email for customer service. Total waste of money
If there was a option, I would like to give negative rating for their customer service. Total dissatisfaction with their customer support. Recently I placed 2 canvas prints. But for some reason I wanted to cancel my order. Their cancellation policy mentions, with 2 hours of our order, if we put a request we can cancel the order. But in reality it doesn't work like that. None of their customer support team even care to address my issue. With in one hour after I placed my order, I have put 2 request to cancel my order. No response for 2 days. 3rd day again I put one more request for cancellation. No response. On 4th day I got an email saying my order is shipped. I wonder if they really have anything called customer service. On their website, in help & support page they have 2 tabs. Live chat and email. But, there is never a live chat. It just lets you to generate your support ticket, to which you will never ever receive any response. Same goes with email. So so pissed of with their poor customer service. After 5 days, till now I haven't got any response from them. No one from their customer support team addressed my issue. I have wasted my 40$. Groupon purchase for canvas prints and the shipping they charged me for my order. Now, when I am asking for a refund no response. I wonder whom should I contact for my issue? So far I have generated more than 5 requests and sent 2 emails. Hoping some way I will get my refund. But I assume now it's just waste of my time to expect any kind of service from them. Worst customer service. They don't abide to their own policy of 2 hour cancellation. I wouldn't recommend them to any one.
