I see this website is no longer truthful. I waited, checked ev' week, to finally find my complaint for a family members 2010 Rav4 to be published, but now it's also missing. Curiously there was only 1-2 transmission failures for a Toyota Rav4 aft a decade of documented transmission failures. I had used this website to find reliable vehicles for others too, but now see other complaints listed (of cars i've owned) no longer showing. Most websites when gain popularity (and power) are either bought by competitors up or someone / owner(s) find it profitable to skew or censor (under the guise of advertising for those customers) their opinion and or it's purpose in the case of this website.

Trying to purchase a used car and this site tells the problems that they have and what average milage the problem occurs the average cost to fix it. It has saved me from buying a problem vehicle several times with the information it provides.
I always use cars complaints for reliable info on vehicles I either own or that I'm going to buy. Reliable information.
