Beware! Please read the fine print before using this Care credit card. They will NOT allow balance transfers. If you decide to get a lower interest rate card or 0 interest rate thinking you can transfer the balance, you realize care credit is the worst of the worst for not allowing you to transfer their high interest rate balance.

Very frustrating not being able to use your app when you have multiple purchases through different places on your carecredit account. You can't go on your app and choose which purchase you want to pay towards, instead you have to call them and request for it to come off of a specific purchase and even then it comes off of another purchase and it takes forever for it to reverse and actually come off the purchase you requested. They need to fix this app to where you can choose which purchase you would like to pay towards when you have multiple purchases. Very frustrating to always have to call carecredit and it still doesn't come off the purchase that you requested for weeks. FIX THIS APP!

Based on points, I was entitled to gift cards. Ordered a $25 one from Bath and Body Works.

Didn't realize it was en egift card until I called Care Credit customer service. So, it was emailed to me, and I inadvertently deleted it. Here's where the fun begins. Called to find out what happened, and was told that they'd reissue it, it'll take 24 hours. They also told me to be sure to check my junk and spam folders. No card, it's been days. Call AGAIN. Got someone in another country. She was HORRIBLE. She hung up on me as I was explaining my situation. Called a THIRD time. Got someone in another country. This guy FINALLY explained that I'd get my egift card, there's no penalty, and I'm all set. Had these idiots told me that in the first place, it would have been a LOT better, and smarter. Less aggravation. Would NEVER recommend Care Credit to anyone, in fact, I intend to write this review in Google and Yelp. There are better cards out there, with MUCH better customer service

Open an account somewhere else, get additional credit on a credit card, get a small line of credit, do anything but don't use them. They are leeches. They will rip you off. Once the interest rate kicks in after your supposed "promotional" period, it will be sky high. Currently, it's at 26.99%. READ Everything on your statement. Figure out how much it will cost you to pay only the minimum due over the time allotted, then figure out if how much more you will have to pay over and above that amount to escape the charges due when the interest rate kicks in. Really. Go elsewhere. I am paying off the balance in full so they don't get to make a penny on me. I am also closing my TJMaxx credit card which is also through Syncrony bank.

Dont understand the bad reviews. This card offers NO fiance charge as long as you pay on time. No other card offers that. If you are late you pay penalty. Simple as that. Much better than going into your savings account.

My "special" offer from the provider was pay off in 12 months with no interest or 24 months low interest.
I called care credit and asked if I selected 24 months but paid it off within 12 months if the interest was going to kick day 1 or month 13. I was told month 13.
Well, guess what? I was day 1.
I called and tried to escalate the issue. Asked for a copy of the recorded call, and 1. They can't do anything about. 2. cannot give me a copy of the recording.
All they can do is train the representative.

I made my purchase based on the information I was given and now I have a much bigger bill than I expected

Zero stars. As much as I am thankful for the credit to get my gum suture done. It was an unnecessary treatment and CareCredit doesn't care about getting our refund back. Not to mention, called numerous times to change/update my due date because they charged me over $30 interest when I did in fact, call and change the date about FIVE times! The new date did not reflect on my new statements. They have charged me $304.44 in the past year for interest charges! And poor customer service! The last agent I talked to was yelling AT ME! I held it together and apologized was the stronger person by far. But that is NO WAY right treating the customer like that! He was saying that I NEVER CALLED when I did just a couple weeks before that and nothing was notated when I called the first time!

These people are scammers and they made me pay 3000 dollars in interest, saying that the deal I had for zero interest was done after a year, they charged me 1500 last month and 1500 yesterday, and when I told them that they couldn't do that, they said that it's the policy without any respect for the customer. I have never been late for a payment and I have never caused problems or anything. They asked me to close the balance within 20 days or they will charge me 1000 dollars every month. If I could give them zero stars I would

Do not get this card. They closed my account out today. Yes I made my payments on time and I did pay my balance off on March 2020 way before my due date. So since I couldnt use this card for two month due to covid 19 they closed it out for no activity. Made my credit score drop. What a bull crap card this is.

We have this card for years now and today, our balance is $0. Last time, we have used Care Credit for a pet charity. Through our credit monitoring service, we have just learned that they decreased our credit limit, at a time when potentially people can use this card. Both me and my husband share this card, and we both have a steady high credit score. In other words, no reason to modify this limit other than trying to preempt people to use a HEALTH credit card during a pandemic.

You guys absolutely suck! I have been a customer for years now and have a 0 balance, had a good credit score and never had a 30 late payment but you randomly just close my account by an automated system review? You say it was beacuse I had a high balance on another credit card not even related to you. Well ya, its a pandemic and I was laid off for 6 months due to covid so I had to use it al ot. Dont even let me know about the closure. My score fell 77 pts thanks to this "random" closure. I was in the process of buying a house but you single handedly ruined that for me. And I had already begun moving out of my apt. You ruined my LIFE! I'd stay awa from these $#*!s and they will pull the rug out without warning.

Tip for consumers:
I wouldnt use them they are full of $#*! and ruin lives

At this moment... I have no words for this company... but then again I do, but, I want to respect others and not say what I honestly want to say... My blood pressure has been up for 2 days and this is not the first time this company has caused that.

Went to use this credit card and it got declined. Checked my credit balance and there was more than sufficient credit. Called Customer service and they couldn't provide any reason for its decline. Paid off the card. Not using this any more. Save some embarrassment.

We decided to use the 6 months no interest promotion through them and after a few months I noticed that we were being charged interest. After calling them out and even speaking with our provider they refuse to refund the interest and they say that the 6 months no interest promotion was never on my account. If I hadnt had that "promise" I would've used a different method of a loan that doesn't charge huge amounts of interest. Treat your customers better you pieces of trash.

Care credit does not look at your credit, a computer looks at your credit and decides if you get credit. WTH. It all boils down to a computer to make that decision, the people at Care Credit do not think for themselves. From the other reviews I dodged a bullet with this company... so yay!

They closed my account after taking my payment out of the wrong bank account twice. I told them to close the account after they did it the 1st time but they did it again. I made the payment immediately both times with my other account on file but they closed my account anyway. Very unfair since it was their mistake

I paid 632.00 on a promotional period vet bill to bring that balance to zero. I specifically told the customer service rep. To apply this to my promotional balance. The next month all the charges were rolled over into the regular charges. Somehow, I had 632.00 in charges when I had not purchased anything. I have paperless billing and they say that I can"t access bills older thsn 3 months. It is their view that I can't prove they took my money.

$18.00 a month finance charge on a $800.00 card bill seems high to me. Especialy since they charged me $126.00 finance charge for who knows what a few months in. Do not use this card if you can help it. They suck.

Contrary to what Carecredit has on their website, they are not offering any assistance with Covid beyond deferring a payment for a month. No interest assistance or offer with promotions, nothing. Their call centers are not even out of the US in the middle of the day, it is often problematic to communicate an issue with their staff.

Carecaredit wants to get you on the hook for any amount of cash and charge you crazy interest for years.

Avoid at all costs.

Credit card online payment requires valid social security number, no problem right? Except when THEY input the wrong number, so call them and they say they'll send out the form or information to get it corrected, a few months go by and nothing, so call them back and suddenly they don't have such a form and they can't send you any info, they will however give you a fax number to send a copy of your social security card and driver license, don't have a fax? They will advise you to pay someone to fax your info to them to fix THEIR mistake. Horrible Customer service, can't pay online can't get email reminders, all due to their error

So my vet only takes care credit MasterCard don't know why but care credit will not help so this card is useless to me. They will not help at all. Call them and text them. And they keep telling me I completely understand when they don't. So what do I do with a card that I can't use because they will not help so if you're looking for help, they will not help you at all supposedly is computer generated, which is bull

Never missed a single payment for any of my cards. Out of a sudden, without any change in my financial life and without any previous communication, CareCredit closed my account saying that they see a high risk in my account!
What a wrong way to treat a customer...

If you don't pay off this card within the promotional time you will pay interest on the entire original purchase amount. So if you even owe $5 on your balance at the end of the promotional period you will pay hundreds of dollars in interest. If you can't pay this card of within the allotted amount of time do not get this card. Matter of fact don't get this horrible card. It takes advantage of people who need emergency medical treatment

I am trying to add my Son as a Authorized User. Im legally blind. I cannot get a code sent to cell phone or land line so I got a letter with a 1 time passcode. I called with 1 time passcode after being told with that code I can add my Son and update my information. I called and they still said I had to get a text or call to update any information on my Account. I go through this all day every day. I think companies should be more available for persons with my conditions, if I cant use the card cause I'm blind that's pretty pathetic.

I used care credit and paid them off, and in return they closed my account! Why? Who knows, you call and never get to speak to anyone I waited over 1/2 hour. So I went to website tried to log in got red warning to call. Now I have Dr appt to cancel Thanks Care Credit! You dont know how to do business, who closes a account because they paid you in full? You just lost out, very disappointed with the way you do business! Unable to speak to anyone, just the run around. Will not ever recommend your service!
