I rent a car via web site. Yesterday when I arrived, they delivered wrong car and it was not from company Eren Car Rental as their local contact. Besides, delivery was not at airport. They picked me and brought to their office about 3 km far from airport. And when I'll bring back, I have to go there again but not the airport. While I was making booking, specially I asked big car and to delivery and returning to airport. I wrote complain but they answered as "The rental is not necessarily linked to a specific vehicle (make, model, colour, equipment, etc.), but to a group of vehicles with similar technical characteristics. The vehicle shown in the Confirmation Voucher may be substituted for a similar vehicle depending on the fleet available at the local office."
I booked van from carjet 22.04, they took my money, and after few hours they send message there are no vans available. I say refund my money, they say I must wait for one month because they have "automatic" system and "I need to wait for the system process to conclude. It is imperative, and there is no room for discussion on this matter." So, no van for me, and cannot refund my money for a month. I reported them to my bank and they cancel transaction. Avoid like a plague, carjet never again.

We booked U-save car hire through your company and you informed us that you would be meeting us at the airport in Tivat. The car was booked on the 9th April 2024.
No one was there to meet us when we landed at the airport at 12.00 on the 22nd April.
We called U-save 10 times on the number that you provided, I have provided evidence as you requested.
We got through twice and spoke to a man. He told her on the first occasion that the car would be 5 minutes away. When it did not arrive within 15 minutes she called again and when she managed to get through again he said it was 2 minutes away.
I called you twice on your number and you said that you would call the company. You did not call me back and tell me what was happening.
We continued to wait but no one called us and no one called us back to tell us what was happening.
We had no alternative but to book another car though Budget at the airport that we finally did at considerable expense.
We left the airport after 3pm on the only sunny day of our trip.
At the airport we met other people who were expecting u-save. They had booked through other companies.
U-save appears to be a scam but for what purpose?
It occurred to me and the others who were waiting for U-save that the only ones that appeared to be profiting from such a scam are the other companies with car hire offices at the airport. With no car hire in place people have no choice but to rent from them at inflated last minute prices. If I were you I would look into this.

Hey carjet, i have cancelled booking due to disability of your custummer support henn CLAIRE DAVIS.
Asked a questions 4 times in 2 days:
- Can i use debit card for car rent payment and deposit? It was not answered.
Fking Claire Davis (carjet customer support) always replies with standard message that is copied from carjet website Q&A, but it does NOT answer my question. She replied to my email saying this is not my email and booking was made on another email. Nope biach, i have 1 and only email!
My other querys was not answered at all.
Phoned them (long waiting time as usual with scammers) and cancelled booking.
Worst luck to you, carjet...

Dishonest customer service! They lie about location and then blame the customer. I wanted an airport site car rental at Vienna Airport as I was short of time and happy to pay more for the convenience. I used Carjet and selected Green Motion which they said was on site at the airport. This was NOT the case. When I complained to Carjet they lied and said they accurately stated the location was in another location (Fischamend) but I have the email from Carjet saying the Green Motion office is INSIDE the terminal, through the baggage claim and next to Burger King! So they outright lied. It also took them several days to reply to my customer service request. They are unprofessional and untrustworthy. Green Motion were excellent to deal with and great value. I will be going to them direct next time (despite them being off site) but I will NEVER use Carjet again!

The advert and details indicate free cancellation or modification. This is on multiple occasions on the process including the payment page. Once you pay you find you van do neither. Their excuse is at this special price it is unavailable yet returning to the booking form the free offer of cancellation still exists with the same car, price and dates. Poor practice and basically dishonest I will be seeing if an industry ombudsman exists. Do not trust this company.

Com viagem marcada para a ilha de São Miguel, nos Açores, de 18 a 25 de Junho, procurei um carro para essa semana.
Nas diversas propostas da internet optei pela plataforma de rent-a-car Carjet, sendo um dos requisitos ter entre 26 e 69 anos de idade. Por ter 69 anos a ser financeiramente mais vantajosa foi esta a minha escolha. Preenchi todo o formulário, onde nada constava de diferente sobre a idade do condutor/locatário.
O aluguer do carro, por uma semana, assim como o respectivo seguro, no valor total de 375,60€, foram pagos a 26 de Abril. Recebi o comprovativo desse pagamento.
À chegada a São Miguel estava reservado um carro da empresa de rent-a-car "Magic Island". Solicitaram a carta de condução: "Temos aqui um problema, o senhor tem mais de 65 anos, não lhe podemos entregar o carro".
Depois do choque inicial, pedi a devolução do dinheiro. Nada feito. Dificílimo comunicar com a Carjet, entre espanhol e inglês, disseram que a culpa era minha por não ter cumprido a clausula dos 65 anos, e para anular tinha de ser 48 horas antes da data de recolha do veículo. Para eles assunto encerrado. Nem carro nem dinheiro.
Na Magic Island a sra. D. Helena disse que compreendia a situação, mas nada podiam fazer, apenas podiam prescindir do montante que lhes cabia para me ser devolvido, e que o solicitasse à Carjet.
Reclamei telefonicamente e por escrito para a Carjet, foi-me respondido que eu é que não cumpri os requisitos do contrato, logo não tinha direito a qualquer devolução.
Nessa plataforma de rent-a-car, continua a constar como requisito, ter entre 26 e 69 anos de idade.

If I could give a minus score I would. Said on the website free cancellations. Had to cancel, did this within 24hours and they charged £100.00, this was the cost of the hire of the car. When I found out tried to reinstate booking but they refused. Absolute scam. When I queried, told me it was in their terms. How can they advertise on their website free cancellations before hire of car then charge £100.00. Made it very easy to cancel then communication very difficult. Worst experience of any company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely disgusted. Please do not use.

Tree weeks contract in Antalya Airport. They didn't deliver car the car at all. First lies about delivery times. We waited over 3 hours for the car, never got any.
I asked them to sent cancelling message but the didn't do it. Money was taken in advance. Note, there is no true Client Service phone/email you can contract to in such a case!

I booked and automatic car for a month through this site and I was charged for an automatic car, and when I arrived at the CFU rental where I held a reservation I was told they had no automatic available for a month. I would give zero star if I could.

We had prebooked a car for when we arrived in Maderia. Our flight had to unfortunately divert to other island due to cross winds. The lady on the phone (carjet) was very condenseding and said we were not able to collect the car the following day. She was rude and had no people skills over the phone. We had paid for 5 days. AVOID this company. They are NOT reliable and do not care about their customers. AVOID!

This is a scam company. I booked a car with them and when I went to pick it up in Spain, I had a series of unpleasant surprises: 1. They asked me for €50 extra in cash to give me the car, in addition to the €1,600 deposit from my credit card 2. They didn't have the car I ordered and I not talking the same brand, they didn't have the same catergory eg medium size, automatic. The attitude was a bit "take it or leave, it is not refundable anyway so do whatever you want. When I tried to get in touch with the company, I had to wait for ages and twice when I explained the situation to the girls in the call center they simply hang up on me. I have never in my whole life experience anything like that. It was shockingly terrible.

Booked a car through CarJet with Drivus and the excess was Euro 1,300. Had an accident and they charged my card £4,000+ to which they said it will get refunded. It's been two months and no response from them. Be careful of these guys they write one thing in the contract and do another. Everytime I email them they say we are still looking into it. I sent them the contract, the receipts and the report of what I was overcharged and they still cant add 2 and 2. Seriously.

I booked a car through CarJet to rent a car for the day at Surprice Florence, Italy. When we arrived:
1. There was a huge queue because all the other customers were complaining and we had to wait for more than 1 hour
2. They told us, as they did for the other clients who were very upset as well - who were mentioning scams which absolutely seems to be the case - that the driver had to be the same one providing the credit card for the deposit which could not be done since the driver did not have a credit card. They were even arguing with the couple in front of us who wanted to use a joint account...
3. they told us they could cancel the reservation and do another one with them right there to change the driver (and add an extra driver for a fee), which then would have amounted to 3x the starting price
4. We decided not to get the car with all those extra prices but didn't get any refund for the first reservation, even though I tried to contact CarJet and explained the situation. Other customers, mainly tourists see themselves forced to proceed with this scam to continue with their trips. Avoid CarJet and Surprice!

Very unsatisfied. We booked car with carjet. Later flight was changed and we have informed them as per instruction provided on booking confirmation. Once arrived in airport, booking was canceled and there was noone to explain and clarify. We tried to call cuatomer service and no reply. Trains were not working due to strike. Agent/okmobility told that We had to pay 160 eur in addition to get a car. Agent explanation was that carjet is not good company and they have troubles with them.

Unfortunately, my experience with Carjet was disappointing. We selected the option without a credit card and purchased insurance online, but upon receiving the car, the rental company claimed the insurance was invalid, demanding additional payment. Attempts to contact customer support were futile. Consequently, we had to rent directly from another company. I advise caution and thorough scrutiny of conditions before engaging with Carjet."

The worst car rental EVER. They wouldn't accept my 3 forms of identification at the pick up location due to their "dark ages fine print" I had Passport, International license and my digital State license not good enough based on the fine print, Nor would they accept my wife ID either, we paid/lost 3,000 euros and then had to go another agency to then pay 4,000 euros to start our holiday.
Still after 7 months the complete run around back and forth in the end they are just Scammers, Fraudsters and Thief's
Just don't deal with Carjet and I'll be telling everyone that I know!

Booked a car through carjet for my holiday, arrived at my destination airport and car hire company doesn't operate anymore at that airport but still available to make online booking. Spent 5 hours on the airport with my family, with two little boys. Never got a car, never got refund either. When arrived back home, contacted carjet by email regarding refund, never got answer back. My holiday was messed up. Thanks to carjet. Never ever will book with them again. Won't recommend to anyone.

You will wait and wait for a shuttle to take you to their dumpy little place and when you get there they more than triple the price of your rental. The original price is a finder's fee or some crap. Go to a real place definitely steer clear of this one.

I had to cancel a car rental because of medical emergency. I have cancer. After providing evidence from doctor they gave me all sorts of excuses and kept my €600. It caused financial hardship. Read their reviews. They bait with low prices and either Rob you or completely botch your rental car. You have been warned. Pay extra and deal with rental company direct. These idiots should be shut down for their predatory financial practices. How are they still in business?

I returned the car same condition and they still kept my €1000 deposit, is been 40 days and ive sent them many emails and they said they will but no payment yet. Now will have to go through my credit card process to get the money back hopefully...

Terrible service and cheaters! We had to pay 180 euros extra on arrival because we were an hour later while you rent a car per day! We refused and were duped and by phone they still refuse to listen. People please be careful and do not book with these thieves!
