I rent a car via web site. Yesterday when I arrived, they delivered wrong car and it was not from company Eren Car Rental as their local contact. Besides, delivery was not at airport. They picked me and brought to their office about 3 km far from airport. And when I'll bring back, I have to go there again but not the airport. While I was making booking, specially I asked big car and to delivery and returning to airport. I wrote complain but they answered as "The rental is not necessarily linked to a specific vehicle (make, model, colour, equipment, etc.), but to a group of vehicles with similar technical characteristics. The vehicle shown in the Confirmation Voucher may be substituted for a similar vehicle depending on the fleet available at the local office."
Terrible experience with car jet, supplier was did not have car available on pickup. I contacted carjet many times with no support or rental deposit back. All information and legal documentation was provided to carjet for review of my claim and they have not provided any further information or details to my inquiry. Please avoid carjet as you will be at risk with your booking and waste your time and money. Last time we use carjet.

Google need to stop carjet from operating on their system, Carjet is a scammer and fraudster, avoid them please, they scammed me by giving me a false booking and the car hire company told me they've told the they don't have any car available for rent, carjet took my money£98 at poznan Airport and refused to refund my money even that they're the one that cancelled my rental contract without providing the service. Carjet kept saying that they haven't got the payment back since 30th of December which the car hire company claimed they've refund them immediately on that day. Carjet is just a scammer please, don't fall for them..

Awful experience- hired car in Faro Airport and was charged €100 for a late pick up despite having modified my booking. Car has numerous scratches which I took photos of. On returning the car, they claimed there was a new scratch! I definitely did not add this tiny scratch but had no choice but to pay €420 on the spot or miss my flight. I had full premium insurance and still had to pay. They said I could claim it back but it will take months. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely shocking...I tried to make a reservation but the website kept on giving me an error. 1 day after the attempted reservation I was charged. When I spoke to customer service (via email) they had informed me that they understood the circumstances, said it was a technical error and were willing issue me a refund (I am grateful for this). HOWEVER, 7 months later and after countless emails...still no refund! I have been told they are waiting to hear from the car outlet to confirm I didn't pick up my vehicle?

This low price is to get you to the office. Then horsing round starts. Extra Ins, Wont accept cards without your full name, €2500 deposits. Luckily, we walked, because reading the reviews the real trouble starts when you try to return the car. The whole of the car hire industry has had a very difficult time, but nothing excuses the smoke and mirrors, the total deceit.

1) VERY Rude when you call them
2) NOT flexible at all, with badly written instructions on their so called "Contracts"
3) Staff practically laughed me off when a refund was requested.
If I had the time and the energy, I would open up a litigation with a European Customer Service Authorityy. But to me it is just not worth the time wasted with this scam-like business. SHAME on them!

Just Run Away! Absolutely disgraceful, rented a car and paid for 1 week in Malta, arrived there and the man at the office told us they had no more cars left, only a BMW for 6 times the original price paid, NO CAR! He also said that happens often with Carjet. They have not refunded us yet either!, I'll see them in court. Just avoid.

CarJet perhaps one of the most convenient when booking but then one of the most expensive when paying. Reservation confirmed for 67.23 euros at Hamburg airport and credit card charged on return of 121.61 euros, full tank of petrol and no damage. After dozens of emails and calls asking for an explanation the response was "these charges are correct and are explained in the Terms and Conditions of your booking". Finding nothing, I repeatedly asked for an explanation but no response.
CarJet is a rental with little price transparency and unprofessional assistance.

They are completely robbing people, we reserved a car at 8 am in warsaw airport we didn't get any car at all and they didn't answer well the third party which was wheego car rental company also didn't give the car for 2 hours we were standing in front of hotels and each time they were saying wait 15 min we'll come. And then after we lost our plans we didn't get refund from them and got robbed so be very careful dudes.

Disgusting company. Left us in a strange city in marocco and just refused to give us our car that we had already paid for. After 3 months still no money back and they've already asked me 20 times for my credit card info so they can look it up. I kept giving it to them for them to say after 3 months that I can't get a refund because I used my mothers creditcard. Luckily my creditcard company is starting a procedure against these scammers. DO NOT EVER USE!

I had a medical emergency and had to cancel the rental, but did it exactly according to their instructions and well before the 48-hour deadline. They guarantee a refund but kept my money- nearly $1000. I filed a credit card claim, and they lied to Visa and kept the money. Now I am pursuing other avenues. I took screen shots of each step of the online cancellation which included the date and time. Their "customer service" gave no excuse for the theft and fraud.

I cancelled a reservation within "free" (absolutely not true) termination timeframe and was sent an email that a refund of only €150 would be given in 3 to 4 days. That was over a month ago and no refund. I have sent 3 requests through their website for a status of this refund and none have been responded to. This company has no integrity.

The car supplier asked us an additional fee as insurance although we booked an all-in already through carjet. Was really aggressive about it. The car we got was crap and smelled of vomit. We also rented two kids car seats, but they were malfunction. We tried to contact Carjet, but are still waiting for a reply. The supplier in general gave a shady impression, was some small local business. Overall dissatisfied. Would never rent through Carjet again.

Booked via web site with full cover for two weeks rental. Still had to pay 525 pounds for full cover minus tyres and windscreen. Carjet is a "broker" in SPAIN. They either steal your money or partner up with dodgy car rental firms. I could go on and in about this $#*! set up but just through a reputable rental company like Hertz etc. It's just not worth the stress.

I rented through carjet in Croatia in the summer of 2023. My flight was delayed and I shared this with carjet. Upon arrival I found that Carjet did not adjust my reservation and would not even give me the same reservation even if I paid for the unused day. Carjet is inflexible and the worst company I have ever worked with. I highly recommend to avoid this company in any country!

We arranged for car hire from Crete airport. When we arrived the offices were closed and none of the phone numbers provided were answered. We had to arrange a taxi to our hotel. Since then, for the past two months, we have been trying to get Carjet to return our deposit as we received no service whatsoever. We wish we had read other reviews of Carjet before we booked. Unfortunately those provided by Trustpilot mostly cover the booking process, which was fine, but try contacting them to get your deposit returned and it's virtually impossible. Do not use this company.

Cars were ok but make sure there is not a single tiny mark of the car when you return it as they claim against your insurance and you have to pay the excess.
They are absolutely ruthless in checking the returned vehicle for ANY mark, stone chip or any slight mark requires a pro retouch. Thats £300 sir thank you! Beware to take out all the insurance you can get, the hire may be cheap but with the insurance charge you might as well use Avis or anybody else

Car Jet stole my money.
I rented a car from carjet.com (which is actually doyouspain, they have a terrible reputation in Spain. If id known it was them I never would have but they are now operating through another website called carjet.com)
I didn't get the car due to the companies policies which was no fault of my own and not made clear on booking. The car company was Enterprise who have been very helpful they emailed doyouspain more than once and requested them to refund me. But Do You Spain are still refusing a refund of £600

We reserved the car and on the website there is no indication that the first driver must be the credit card holder. This is shown later after the payment when you print out the voucher.
Company refused to change the first driver and also refused to cancel the reservation and insisted that they will charge us for the car.
Employee at the phone was also very rude.
Never again! We planned a day trip with our parents and never received the car. They have ruined our day!

I rented a car, paid and received email to collect it from budget at frankfurt airport but budget were not having cars so carjet selling cars that are nit available. Tried to cancel or modify my order but their system said too late for so in fact wee before collection time. This is one of the worst I have ever dealt with! You try to contact them; they respond with a no-reply email address. There is no way to know if the car will be ready when you arrive, so I have been trying to cancel, but auto response comes from a no-reply email so there is no way to communicate with these people. This is the perfect example of: You get what you pay for. Don't take my word for it, the company has a 1.1 star rating for a reason.
