They picked me and brought to their office about 3 km far from airport. And when I'll bring back, I have to go there again but not the airport. I wrote complain but they answered as "The rental is not necessarily linked to a specific vehicle (make, model, colour, equipment, etc.), but to a group of vehicles with similar technical characteristics. The vehicle shown in the Confirmation Voucher may be substituted for a similar vehicle depending on the fleet available at the local office."

If I could give them zero stars, I would. CarJet is a joke. Do not touch them! I booked a car and travelled by coach to Heathrow from Oxford to collect it from Drivalia, only to be told that they didn't have a car for me. Drivalia has a 1 hour courtesy window, from the arranged time of collection, but CarJet's terms and conditions have a 4 hour window. Even though I called Drivalia to tell them I was on my way they did nothing and even said that all cars that day had been cancelled as they had no cars left. I had to arrange coach travel for my onward journey. CarJet refused to refund the money for the booking and would not accept any evidence I could provide them (phone logs, their own recorded telephone conversations, messages to friends at the time, coach tickets etc), and essentially called me a liar and implied that I never turned up to collect the car. Absolute joke. Never again.

The company provides wrong information about its insurance. The rental conditions are different on the different stages of booking. Please be careful, because of misleading information I did not managed to get the booked and prepaid car and they did not do refunds.

They charge me two reservations around the same dates I called them and said I cannot drive two cars at the same time so their system made a mistake by booking me on two reservations around same dates and I give them the reservation I have showing them that I was driving a car under this resa number and that they had to cancelled the other one and refund the one I didn't drive. They refused and charge me for both. They are stealing your money instead of offering good customers service disgusting

6th November 2024 paid carjet £182 for car hire
Taken by van to paisley portacabin told by davalia they don't do debit cards only credit,they want £280 from me. Ask carjet for refund told to #£uk with kind regards, £ 182 = no car = no money

Bait-and-switch scam.
I booked a car while in Athens.
They get your money (a third of the total rent value) in three easy steps online, none of which warn against debit cards. They accepted a payment from debit card without any warning.
Later they rejected that same debit card.
No company representative waited for me in the airport. (They advertise the airport as pickup and drop off area for their cars). There was no information at the airport as how to get to the shuttle. When I managed to find the shuttle area there was no shuttle towards their "office".
Thus I arrived at the so called "airport" office/barracks too late for a cancellation.
The pieces of it get to keep my money and not only I get nothing in return, I get negative value from it.
Avoid them like the plague.

You get what you pay for and soon as something don't work out you can't get any support. The call center is not available for 20-30 min and then a call center employee is just lying to you over the phone. We didn't get our car at Riga Airport and carjet.com call center employee told me we would get our reservation money back because they didn't inform us beforehand that the car was only reserved for 1 hour, but we didn't get any refund or support from carjet.com. As customer this is really sad.

Turned up to secure a car at Stansted airport booked via Car Jet, we were unable to secure the car from Green Motion as we were not prepared to accept the repayment of a £1,500 deposit after 5 weeks, we declined the car and requested refund. We were directed back to Car Jet who have refused to accept any responsibility…the issue is ongoing – do not use either business.

The problems start when I arrived in aerport of Vienna and the car company witch I choosed informed me that Carjet has cancelled my booking! Without informing me! And, of course, whey want to keep my paid amount of money as well - no refund!
So - never choose that frouds!

STAY AWAY FROM CARJET
I don't even want to leave one star. This is the WORST car rental scam! STAY AWAY from CarJet! They will take your money even when you don't rent the car. Apparently, the managers don't take phone calls. The only way to get them on the phone is if you press "1" to rent a car. I filled out 4 "After Rental" reports and they don't even have the decency to return a phone call. I was left stranded in Orly airport with my brother who is in a wheelchair. They don't deserve any stars. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just a woman telling me there isn't anything she can do and there is not one else to speak with. Thieves!

Do not dare to rent a car through this company. When no problems arise, the price is reasonable. When problems arise they will not help you at all. I sent at least 4 emails to customer service. I received a system response that they accepted my request and will get back to me as soon as possible. More than 3 weeks have passed since the last email. None of their representatives got back to me. Think about what this means and what a path of agony you will have to go through until you get an answer if, God forbid, an accident occurs and you purchased insurance through them. In light of their conduct, I believe that you will not receive a refund and if you do, they will take your soul out. The story in brief. I rented a car through them from the Sixt company in Larnaca, Cyprus with full Sixt insurance. I returned the car at the airport. The Sixt company representative confirmed that everything is OK, including a full fuel tank. To my surprise, two days later I was billed by the Sixt company for about 24.5 euros without any documentation. I contacted the Carjet company 4 times asking for assistance and clarifying the issue. With the exception of confirmation from the computerized system that my inquiries were received, I received no response.
This is the service consciousness of the company. I will certainly not rent a car through them in the future even if it is at a cheaper price.

Be careful working with carjet and its fake partners in Istanbul/Turkey. I left reciew aboit carjet transactions and its rude and $ thirsty, nasty Istanbul partners. Anyway, that did not return my refund 300 euros amd disappeared. When you want to rent a car in Istanbul airport please and please work on registered and official IST airport car rental companoes. Don't belive outsider fake comonaies. Pay little more and be safe. Good luck.😉

The address to pick up the car in their website was not the one I got when I made the order. I took a taxi to the new address and the address was wrong! The car is at the airport... I tried to call customer service but no one answered... will never rent a car from them again!

Reserved a car with CarJet and they rented the car for me at Hit Rent a Car in Antalya.
When I arrived in Antalya, everything went wrong, Hit Rent a Car was not available and showed up much later at their agency, the agreements were changed and wanted more money and I would get another car.
Then I called CatJet and they were also not available, so I had them take me back to the airport and from there I took a taxi to the hotel.
Because I have an agreement with CarJet, I held them liable for the costs incurred and wanted my deposit back.
Unfortunately, when it comes to money, CarJet doesn't care and they bury their heads in the sand when problems arise.
As the saying goes, Cheap is Expensive!

I wow orderer car at 9.00 in Athenes airport, time is 10-11 -12 no body answering i wos waiting at meeting point according to instructions, 12.30 coming women, and she told need waiting 30-40min i wos very angry. And go to the buss, because i wos with 1year baby. And drive awey. After i ask back my money and they told we cannot give you back so i need to know all rulles. But where is my fault at that moment? Don't trust this company guys! Be careful.

Auto gehuurd via Carjet. Auto zou worden afgeleverd door Addcar op Gdansk airport na telefonisch contact na landing. Addcar bleek geen reservering in hun systeem te hebben. Uiteindelijk na urenlange belpogingen - waardeloze bereikbaarheid via Spaans callcenter - telefonisch met Carjet afgesproken om een andere auto te huren op het vliegveld (Hertz). Deze last minute huur was uiteraard beduidend duurder dan het eerdere huurbedrag. Carjet zegde toe dat zij het eerder betaalde bedrag en het verschil met het nieuwe huurbedrag zouden vergoeden. Ruim vier uur later eindelijk een auto gehuurd via Hertz. Vervolgens wekenlang geprobeerd contact te krijgen met Carjet om restitutie te regelen. Uiteindelijk heeft Carjet alleen het bedrag van de initiële huur gerestitueerd ondanks hun schriftelijke en mondelinge (audio opname beschikbaar) toezegging ook het verschil in huurprijs te vergoeden. Waardeloze, onbetrouwbare club.

Je denkt een auto te huren voor een totaalbedrag inclusief verzekering. Je creditcard wordt door Carjet direct belast voor een fors bedrag en bij aankomst mag je nogmaals het totaalbedrag betalen. Huur geen auto via Carjet. Het zijn oplichters. Zij hebben opzettelijk het boekingsproces zeer ondoorzichtig gemaakt. Ik kreeg 0 op rekest na indienen van mijn klacht.

I booked van from carjet 22.04, they took my money, and after few hours they send message there are no vans available. I say refund my money, they say I must wait for one month because they have "automatic" system and "I need to wait for the system process to conclude. It is imperative, and there is no room for discussion on this matter." So, no van for me, and cannot refund my money for a month. I reported them to my bank and they cancel transaction. Avoid like a plague, carjet never again.

I rented a car through Carjet in Greece. The conditions and terms regarding fuel were FULL TO FULL, or get a refund for extra fule in case you've got the car with less. But, the car agency did not respect that, I received the car with less than 1/4 tank filled it and returned it with abou 3/4 full. No refund were accepted from rental agency, they said it's not their policy. A bit disappointed

SCAM...This company sucks...booked and paid for a car online with green motion through CarJet... my foreign license (from Taiwan, republic of China) was refused, despite being written in their information voucher that a licences from China are acceptable. I was left high and dry somewhere near Heathrow without a car. They haven't refunded my money...don't use these guys...
