I rent a car via web site. Yesterday when I arrived, they delivered wrong car and it was not from company Eren Car Rental as their local contact. Besides, delivery was not at airport. They picked me and brought to their office about 3 km far from airport. And when I'll bring back, I have to go there again but not the airport. While I was making booking, specially I asked big car and to delivery and returning to airport. I wrote complain but they answered as "The rental is not necessarily linked to a specific vehicle (make, model, colour, equipment, etc.), but to a group of vehicles with similar technical characteristics. The vehicle shown in the Confirmation Voucher may be substituted for a similar vehicle depending on the fleet available at the local office."
Hi everyone I hired a car from these and a few days before u was going away, they emailed me telling me my car wasn't available but I booked well in advance so it should have been there for me, not rented out then when I got there they charged for a more expensive car so I wanted to cancel it wot refund do I get there "said I would lose my payment of £130 euros plus more it got worse from there DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are a F—king rep off it is best use Avis or sixt etc

Even though we were supposed to pick up a car at Athens Airport the car never arrived. We have spent 4 hours waiting for the car, calling Greek numbers provided by the company but the phone was never answered. Finally, and after 4 hours waiting for the car company to deliver us the car, and while my feed was keeling me, we have ended up in a hotel by taxi. Following day, I have received a call from the car rental company asking us to deliver us the car. I have been asked many times by them If i have money on my credit card, which looked suspicious. I have been told by them that the company messed up with the paperwork and this is why they have never showed up, but this is not a logical explanation, since I have been calling them for the whole night. Furthermore, I have called in their offices in Spain talked with someone called Natalia a very rude person, and she said that we were 15 min late. Our deposit of fifty euros is gone, but at least I have the experience now never to use them again.
The company is a total failure. They have destroyed our holidays.

Avoid at all costs - go direct. It is cheaper in the long run. Absolutely awful from start to finish. Took my money and offered no assistance whatsoever - like a cheap pimp. Upon booking and them taking my money I emailed them and asked them to ensure that my car had studded tyres (Norway - winter). I eventually got an email saying 'ask on arrival at the car hire desk'. Not helpful as they would OBVIOUSLY not change the wheels / tyres while I waited. So I asked again to be told 'email the company direct'. WOW! What a lot they are offering for their 'agency' fee! The price quoted by them also used a very favourable / fictional exchange rate at the time resulting in what I EXPECTED to pay was a lot less than was actually claimed from my card. Annoying. When I got on holiday I was then treated appallingly by the hire car company and when I returned I complained to CarJet.com (Once I could find the details to contact them - why would a company be so coy about being contacted - I know now!) They basically told me that they couldn't help me and didn't respond to further e-mails from me. Their 'UK' office (A deciding factor in me choosing them as I figured that it would be easier to sort out queries) is also in Spain it seems - I wonder why that might be?!?! I will leave you to decide that. Basically a crap show from start to finish - and an expensive one at that. Just do yourselves a favour and avoid them at all costs. Appalling customer service. I would give 0 stars, but unfortunately you can't.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company that has shown a complete lack of integrity and customer service. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but they also refused to return my money. I feel it is my duty to share my terrible experience with others, so they can avoid falling victim to this dishonest company. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to them, they consistently ignored my calls and emails. It became abundantly clear that they had no intention of rectifying the situation or honoring their refund policy. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. It is one thing to provide a poor product or service, but it is another to refuse to return a customer's money when they are dissatisfied. Dear Car Jet,
I went to receive the car from the car provider B2 carelease and showed them the insurance that I paid to you.
Their manager came back and said that this insurance that I had bought from CarJet isn't accepted to them and I must buy their insurance at rate of 10 Euro a day, if I don't accept it then they will cancel my car reservation.
I have 2 points here:
First, how come you - Carjet have sent me requesting to buy the insurance, which I did, while it isn't valid for this car rental company.
Second, I need to have immediate refund for my money that I have paid for the Carjet Insurance!
Third, I have been put in bad position, negotiating such insurance issue after long flight, please sort this out with this car rental once and forever, I felt that I have been cheated!
It is taking 6 days to respond and in the end you - Carjet reply is escaping from your responsibility.

I booked CarJet hire car & the day after I was asked for feedback. At that point, there had not been enough time for any problems to occur, so feedback would have been totally different. I now know that Claire Davis is a robot that needs re-programming. Currently 'she' cannot respond to any emails sent to her, no matter how often you send them. Andreea is trying to do a good job but CarJet insists on telling you that you need an international driving permit, even though one is not required by law, and this is confirmed by gov. Website. So much time had been wasted, waiting for the robot to respond to my emails, that I did not have time to arrange a different booking agent.
I don't have a mobile phone or a printer, so paper copies are required but they refuse to provide paper copies.
So I was faced with having to sort things at the hire car company's office. As it turned out, I gave them the booking reference and they never asked for a paper copy or an international driving permit. So CarJet gives you incorrect information.
So I feel it is obvious that they send a feedback request immediately after you have booked, at which time everything will be fine and dandy. So they won't get so many poor reports.

The worst exerience ever. I do not recommend car jet to anyone. I did not receive the car which I ordered (different model differen price does not matter at that time). When I arrived for the car and realized the issue I have contacted them to help me because there was also issue with credit card payment. The help desk hang down the phone with no interest and we have to book additionaly another car which was two time expensive. Never ever car jet! I wrote them and their responses are extremly slow. Be carful and pay rather more directly to another company. Neither the insurance does not help. Car company informed us that it is usual problem and car jet can solve the issue but it seems that car jet does not care about clients.

BT rent a car, an agincy the website works with in Sofia Bulgaria stole my monay.
The deposit wasn't refonded, to my cerid card almost a month later, I have rented the car for less than 30 hours, and I returned it flawless.
Carjet isn't responding to my emails, although I get an automatic reply my email has been received!

It is a fraudulent Spanish company. Arrived in Antalya. Didn't receive the reserved car! The local car rental company "Surprice" promised me a refund, which I never received. Stay away from such offers!

You will pay double cost. We have paid carjet and then upon location again 450 euro. We tought we have paid a car for 240 euro and then on the location all extra cost. Car company told us you paid carjet. You didnt paid us for the car. What a scam. And we paid twice for full insurance. Online to carjet and then on location again. Total we spend more then 750 euro for 6 days rental. And online its cheap and they will show you good prices. And after all you need to pay alot more for al different cost extra.

Long story short; booked my Premium Insurance & the car from the CarJet.charge me twice 177 € &169 €,then refunded me minus -44€, had punctured wheel must be replaced at 724Rent as instructed.charged with 300€…found out in claiming the amount from the insurance Co. That my P insurance was canceled …more the 34 emails been forwarded between me & the insurance different office ( Do Spain, Do Malta, Orchard & *******@doyouinsurance.com) No solid response been secured.finally they came up with story accusing & blaming me for the cancellation! Because I did reply to email from there side …adding my flight details for easy collection of the rented car.
The 724Rent been aware of No insurance status …refused to accepting the car 5 days earlier to pre sat rental period.never offer alternative & charged me with 2300€ for window shield already existed scratch & other thing …3 Hrs of negotiation & I had to call the Embassy hotline finally accepted 300€.& the no refund been made to my 500€ security deposit nor refund the 5 days not used fees

Carjet has been the intermediary with Klass wagen car rental company. Initially I rent a car 184 euros for 7 days. Great price, free transport from airport to rent office. Sounds good and a lot of project during my short period of holidays.
Arrived at rental office, I discover they want to lock 2500 euros (!) from my credit card as deposit. As my credit card is not able to accept such amount, alternative is to pay 400 euros extra to rent the car. I know only one word for that: RACKET. My projects are over and i take the bus. Klass wagen did accept to cancel the reservation but not carjet wich is the great winner of that business. They argue it was listed on the contract. This is actually a tiny little line on 3 pages of contract, sent at midnight before my travel.

On Christmas Eve we booked a car from Enterprise via Car jet. Our flight ran slightly late and we didn't make the anticipated time of 8 pm but we still were headed for car rental be 9:10pm. Without any warning to us Enterprise closed at 9pm! We were left stranded in a seedy London Heathrow airport at 9pm on Christmas Eve. Worst of all: neither carjet not Enterprise are not willing to return money ($473) for a car we didn't use and to apologise for distress. In fact Car Jets Diaina-somebody told us that it is our fault for not showing up at 8! BUT YOU ADVERTISED THAT ENTERPRISE CLOSES AT 11pm and there was no other different info!We used carjet enterprise multiple times, BUT WILL NEVER USE THESE COMPANIES AGAIN! And advice to all of you: please do not use enterprise or carjet-they are a nasty gang of corporate thief's!

We have booked a car in Lisbon via Carjet, the amount website provided for 14 days was about 300€, we have chosen that platinum insurance to be sure there will be no extra costs, so there was no mentions about any security deposits through the whole process of booking, we have successfully booked the car and Carjet charged me about 110€, the rest should have been paid in car rental office. After booking procedure was done I have received an email saying that at car rental office I will ask to leave a security deposit of 3,300!€ from my credit card. I have tried to reach carjet via email, but they've never answered.
When we came to car rental office I was told that I need to block 3,300€ on my credit card which I did not have (I don't have a European credit card at all actually only deposit cards which did not work at all even if I had needed amount), in case I want to get the car without a deposit the cost of the rent for the same days shall be around 1200€, in case I will cancel my booking that 110€ that carjet charged will be gone for good. Thanks to car rental employee who understood my situation and was able to do his best to help us out, we have changed duration of the rent but still we had to pay over 700€ in cash instead of 300€ we have planned.
