Carlyle Ocean Drive

On Saturday May 24,2014. My friend an I was having a late lunch at The Carlyle Cafe, South Beach Florida. During our meal my friend was drinking Ice Tea and while sucking the straw a piece of glass entered her mouth. I took a picture of the piece glass and then asked for the manager he came over looked at the glass without no concern at all and offered us a cup of coffee. I then explained the seriousness of the matter he informed that if I did not pay he would call the police, So I called the police. Officer Pena of the South Beach Police Dept. came over and explained to me our option.and to report them to the BBB, DBPR, TripAdvisor, Food Inspection Services, Restaurant Review Board.
