These folks took my money for an EXPEDITED order (7-10 day), and after 6 weeks, I couldn't get them to communicate with me. You are throwing your money away here. No phone number, no email dialog, just a "we're really busy, but will respond in the next few days. 10 days later, they still hadn't. I had to get my bank, and Paypal to leverage a refund.

I ordered my mats and after receiving a tracking number 3 months after paying for the mats the tracking number did not exist. I never received the mats and after emailing the company on numerous occasions heard nothing. Do not buy from these scammers. They are not custom made and if you are lucky enough to get your mats they are from China

They sent the mats, wrong color, wrong side {we specified left hand driver, as per our normal, they sent right hand drive. We contacted via email as they do not provide any phone numbers, and was told they would refund us. Been about 3 weeks, promises but no $. Just some weak excuses, mixed with lies. Oh and they said because of our trouble, we could keep the existing wrong color/wrong side mats. Please do not deal with this co.

More than 200$ for a mat that after less than 2 months already have a hole as the reinforced pad is not located at the proper location… see pic attached.
Very nice looking for display car only but not if you are using your car and expect to get proper protection.
Mi initial Audi took 5 years before getting a hole… this one less than 60 days!
Stay away from this supplier.

Lovely product. Color looks great, material is really nice. And looks great in the new car. Definitely a good buy.
Had a bit of a rocky start to my order. But ended up getting a helpful customer service person and got the issue resolved. Happy ending.

I posted a review about this lot and kind of still held out hope that things would get resolved but I have sent numerous emails requesting where the goods were and latterly asking for my money back but to no avail, they are a bunch of theives and scammers they have stolen my money and refuse to reply to any of my correspondence so I shall inform anyone that wants to know how awful this lot are scum like this shouldn't be allowed on the planet please do not deal with them

Scam! Waiting delivery to Ireland 3 months! No contact number! All promises cia email but no delivery! 140 euro waist.order on January and guys is already May, avoid avoid avoid!

Please please do not touch this company they are a bunch of scammers I have ordered stuff from nov '23 and still waiting with numerous fob off emails save your money and your time go elsewhere

Excellent products. I have ordered a full set of cat mats for my BMW X3 and get that within 3 days. Delivered in a big box, well wrapped with protections. I have fitted them and they are super perfect, made my car looks so much more expensive within 5 minutes. Best quality, good pricing. I am about to purchase another set for my Mercedes Cls, highly recommend this company and urge anyone looking to add something a little different to their car then get in touch with these guys!

These guys are thieves! After waiting for months and months for an order I passed in 2021, the item arrived the following year and it did not fit my car. I contacted Carmelo Car Mats support, sent them photos, and at first they were very reassuring and kind. They told me they would investigate and that perhaps they would send me the right product; they asked that I should be patient. Since then, almost a year from the original order: no replacement was sent to me, and all my recent emails were left unanswered! I have not received a refund and they are simply ignoring me! Additionally, the order came all squashed, in a cupboard box from China, which was too small to fit the item without damaging it. (There are fold marks all over the item, and they do not go away.) To anyone thinking of buying from them: go elsewhere! Their designs might look appealing but I doubt that you will be satisfied with the outcome of giving them your money.

I ordered my car mats from Carmelocarmats and i got them yesterday and I'm really happy with them. They look very nice and you can easily clean them up when needed. It fits 96% I would say which is more than enough.

I wanted something unique and original for myself, something that not many motorists have and I found it with Carmelos car mats. What's even better is that you can add your own logos to it for that extra touch of exclusivity and creativity. Came out looking so good and fit perfectly

I have placed an order on September 30th.
We are today November 16th.

The Website informs customers from Canada of a total delivery time of 26 days.
I've been waiting for 41 days so far and my order statute hasn't changed yet (processing)

There is no after sale service.
There is no way for me to know what is happening with my order.

I would suggest you buy somewhere else...
Will I ever receive my car mats?

Considering they are custom, the wait was not as long as I was expecting and was chuffed when I got them in all its glory. Customer service was really friendly too and helpful with detailed replies during each stage when I asked

Brought a boot liner off these when it arrived apart from the fact it wasn't for my car it was poor quality, having got in contact with them they emailed to say they had credited my account.
Despite a number of emails I have not received a refund nor have I had any contact from them

Bought a set of black and red stitching on January 11, today is April 9 and I stil have not received the mats, customer support stopped responding to my emails so I will be filing a complaint to BBB and initiate a chargeback with VISA; AVOID BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST, I also just found out they have tons of 1* reviews on trustpilot all from customers who were stolen from their hard earned money and all 5* reviews they have are fake, they are paying fiverr freelancers to leave them 5* positive reviews everyday

Received them in 15 days, premium looking mats. Customer service was spot on. I'm totally satisfied and impressed.
