Carousell

Got scammed in Australia buying a phone on site, other 4 sellers and buyers also got scammed by the same person. We got together and report to the police and carousell. Carousell took forever to reply and each and every time is the same"WE TAKE YOUR MATTER SERIOUSLY', WE ARE SORRY TO HEAR', WE ARE LOOKING INTO IT' and 'REPORT TO THE POLICE'. I told them i reported to the police, but as this happened on carousell what kind protection or compensation will they offer. Well, the answer is NOTHING!.

As i got scammed and became more experience in judging a genuine seller or scammer. I reported many suspected seller whom tried to scam me but CAROUSELL DIDN'T DO ANY THING for a long time. As i followed the seller for another 2 weeks or so i noticed the seller account had been suspended. This proved that i was right, but carousell reluctant to suspend someone because they are toooooo concern about losing on seller or buyers. 'dorothy t' is right this site is full of scammers and carousell don't care, they only care about their pay day. If you are buying some thing valueable, don't buy from here. If anyone need to verify my story, i can give you some seller/buyer's details to contact.

I hate having to even give a single star to this piece of $#*! website pretending to be an e-commerce site. There should be a zero or negative star rating!

This was my email response to a so called "Warning" email from the stupid Carousell Singapore team and their support! The idiotic Carousell support will just send warnings even though their buyers are full of $#*! & super $#*!ed. $#*!ed buyers who don't know how to use the Carousell system and does not even know how to "Make an Offer". Yet low ball at ridiculous prices (1/3 the listed price you know?!?!). Yet Carousell does not even bother to educate their $#*!ed buyers on how to use the system.
All it takes is for them to FORCE users to read nagging messages to make an offer if they want to send a 2nd or 3rd message. Instead, they let these $#*!ed buyers keep sending us sellers $#*!ed messages to harrass us - & bring down our responsiveness ratings if we ignore $#*!s who don't deserve any replies.

But then he started to harrass me by MESSAGING ME REPEATEDLY calling me "TERRRIBLE" etc.

If they keep sending me harrasing messages even when I ignore them, then my account will be flagged as "Unresponsive" then who suffers? Its me who suffers!

You should send a warning to him instead for ABUSING me by calling me terrible etc. when all I did was ignore him!

I will post on the forums the screenshots until Carousell gives me a satisfactory answer.

接著，就是平台不積極處理有關以上行為的舉報。在大部分情況下，得不到理想的解決方法。
除此以外，最迷惑的事情是，同一款的物件，平台允許其他用戶出售，往往把我的刪除。
還有，平台對我這些誠實用戶有聞必錄、不容置辯，對付費、濫用用戶視而不見、聽而不聞。
如果你是商業用戶，絕對不建議這種自以為是、一手遮天、壟斷市場的交易平台。
