I bought a windshield washer reservoir for a 2006 PT cruiser from this company. I had a time period to return the product by Sept. 11th, but could not have this part installed on my car before the return period ended, because I had to have an unexpected surgery. On Oct. 4th I asked my mechanic to install this part in my car, and he noticed that it did not have a 2nd port for the 2nd windshield washer on the pump created on it. So, I contacted the company for an exchange of the product for a windshield washer reservoir that had 2 ports. All I was informed of was that I could not return the new part, because the window for returning it was not allowed by them. No where on the ebay advertisement did it say the part had only 1 port. Be careful when ordering a part from this place because you might get stuck having to keep a part not advertised correctly that you cannot use. In fact it is advertised on ebay as being compatible with a 2006 PT Cruiser Street Cruiser, this is what my car is. I understand this is a false advertisement. Bought a pair of headlights from this seller off e-B@y not long ago, didn't get my package right away, nor did I get to install them right away. Not even two weeks after installing, right after the first Winter rain storm, they're already getting moisture inside of them! Water and electricty don't mix! Advised the seller, they claimed since it had already been just past the 30 day mark, that I was pretty much out of luck! I had to fight them through NUMEROUS messages that they'd send me, (sometimes I would get two different responses, from two different people to the same message? Weird!) They really expected me to either pay a shop, or have me pull my whole bumper assembly again and have my vehicle down for almost two weeks while I waited for a replacement. Absolutely, horrible, game playing, unhelpful seller! Will never buy from the them again! Beware!

I ordered an oil pan for my 2003 Dodge Neon Se from this company through Ebay. Somehow I got shipped two! Ebay cannot get me a refund and I am told to send one back myself, but I have to request and wait for a label to arrive first! What happened to the 100% money back guarantee?
They have no way to contact them.no e-mail.no phone number. You buy it its yours. You have to go through e-bay and their bs. I tried for two days they sent me the wrong cat converter, i still have it.its mine now.

Purchased a Catalytic converter with a 5 year warranty from carpartswholesale. It failed in 8 months. I dug up the paperwork and called them. They e mailed me a form to have my garage fill out that pretty much wanted my mechanic to diagnose the entire car from bumper to bumper including at minimum, 6 pictures of all different angles of the converter. I tried to explain to the customer service people that the insides of the converter have come loose and it is rattling horribly yet they still wanted all the diagnostic info. My mechanic laughed and said he would suggest I buy next time at a local parts store. Carpartswholesale also said the warranty process usually takes about 3 weeks. Like I can lay the car up 3 weeks. Wasted my time and lots of money. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Negative: Poor customer service, Ordered a part for my car and the description says it fits my car but... It does not fit at all. They refused return because it was past the 30days of purchase. When informing them that the product does not fit their description, the customer service rep told me "I can not help you with that". Long story short your paying a lower price for no customer support. MAKE SURE your a 100% it fits/compatible before you vehicle."
Filing with my Credit Card company now. It is a Pain, but i am not going to pay for something that I did not order/does not fit description.
I called and double checked that the part I ordered was the correct fit. It was not. When it arrived I tried to install it, but it was too big. When I tried to return it, I called the 866 number provided by the representative. I was bounced around to about 5 different departments while the "tried" to find the correct ebay return dept. This company is crap. I am getting a refund either from ebay or from these guys and never buying from them again. It's trashy that a company doesn't automatically know where to send a client who buys something through their vendor services.
Contacted this company through eBay and they would only refund about half the cost of the gaskets despite losing 15 hours labor and well over $150 in oil, antifreeze, filters & etc. Even after setting them several detailed pictures showing the defective part of the gasket on the new not rebuilt not used new brand new cylinder heads OEM from Ford all they did with jerk me around every time I contacted them there'd be another hoop to jump through or different instructions waiting me out. Avoid their head gaskets at all cost! Installed new felpro gaskets and no problems! I am a career mechanic and certified vocational Automotive instructor and sadly I knew better than to buy off brand head gaskets but wanted to save a couple bucks as the plan was to put my old heads back on but turned out they were cracked and not rebuildable. I would never buy from this company again after my experience with a defective $60 head gasket set.

Just a big run around and I was left holding the bag for well over 15 hours of Labor and probably close to $150 with a miscellaneous supplies changing their defective head gaskets as shown very clearly in the pictures. Installed new felpro headset and zero coolant leak no problems on these new Ford OEM cylinder heads.

I recently ordered a front bumper for a 00 f350, it looks like they took a used bumper and rechromed it. Theres grinder marks everywhere, area where there is rust on the edges. I've never seen such poor quality in my life. I've been working on cars for 25 years. Stay Away from this company

I ordered a catalic converter from this company related to ebay. I was charged me two times $197.44. After a a week waiting I was informed that they don't carry that item and I was refunded one time only. I called several times and finally a lady picked up the phone and said that they will refund the second $197.44 today.
After 7 days waiting, still not refunded. I tried to call again the waiting time was 37 minutes. After 18 minutes waiting the waiting time became 46 minutes and continued to rise. There is no way to get in touch with them. I will never buy anything from this company again. Even Contacting ebay is not possible. There is no live person to talk. Ebay has also become a crappy company too.

Great clean site, you have a great PR5 with Google. This site is well designed and it seems they have been around for sometime 2001. The e-commerce, shopping area is clear and functional.
What I don't get is why the light font on the home page? It's not very visible compared to the darker font in your shopping area. Another point worth mentioning is as a consumer once I have found what I am looking for, I like to know who I am dealing with. That was the other issue I had with your site. Why is your "about us" only at the bottom of your page?
User interface is extremely important since most users automatically look to the side or at the top of the page for navigation... Something you may want to consider.
While I can appreciate wanting feedback from your users I would either place that to the side or the bottom, rather than prominently on the top of the navigation.
All in all I would give this site a great passing grade, I will be sure to check it out and send users if they needed car parts!
Fuel pump you sold me the 1st time in November 2013 via Ebay Was DOA and after $250 in mechanic labor was defective (truck wont start)...
They shipped another one to me and after another 250 in labor was installed and it FAILED ALSO after just 11 months!
This time it cost me over $700 dollars to be towed off the thruway and get it repaired at the Dodge Dealership.
So this has cost me over $1200 dollars and countless hours of aggravation... I was told by your representative that a CHECK WOULD BE MAILED TO ME! As they could not refund me through PayPal!

I have an 86 chevy c10, i ordered a right front fender from them, after a week i recieved it in a huge boxe double thd size of the fender, bam the fender was protected had no wrapping nothing keepingbit in place, had multiple dents and dings, so i enailed the company tgey offered to ship me a new one or take it to body shop they would cover the cost to repair. In short i opted for the new at least i recieved it and it was at least wrapped up and protected great my only issue niw is where they molded it the fender/ hood line has acdent in it. Looks lije when the part was made they cant figure out how tk bend it without a crease in it, luckily im keeping my old fender and ill just cut and weld that piece out, i eill not buy from them again
"So I needed a replacement fog light cover for the passenger side of my Subaru. Simple enough, right? Not exactly. I found the part and ordered it. It came quickly enough but when I opened the box it was the drivers side and not the passenger's. Honest mistake. I got online and requested the correct part. They said they were very sorry for the confusion and said they would send the correct side. About a week later I get the second package... only to discover it is again the wrong side. I was beginning to think maybe I had it mixed up so Igot back online to make sure I had ordered the correct part. Nope, I needed the passenger side cover ( you know, the side where the passenger sits?) and they had again sent me the drivers side. I took pictures of both covers as well as of my car showing the side that needed the cover replaced. I again wrote to customer service and said I got the wrong side and asked if maybe it was backwards in their system. They were very polite and asked me if I'd like a refund or if I was willing to wait while they send the drivers side. I figured they couldn't possibly get it wrong a third time ( wait for it) and said I'd like to wait. Well yesterday I got the third cover... yup you guessed it it's STILL THE WRONG SIDE. Hahahah It's kinda more funny than it is upsetting. "
