What's with all the hate? Bought from this outfit on eBay. Absolutely, the best experience ever. Great communication.

I bought a windshield washer reservoir for a 2006 PT cruiser from this company. I had a time period to return the product by Sept. 11th, but could not have this part installed on my car before the return period ended, because I had to have an unexpected surgery. On Oct. 4th I asked my mechanic to install this part in my car, and he noticed that it did not have a 2nd port for the 2nd windshield washer on the pump created on it. So, I contacted the company for an exchange of the product for a windshield washer reservoir that had 2 ports. All I was informed of was that I could not return the new part, because the window for returning it was not allowed by them. No where on the ebay advertisement did it say the part had only 1 port. Be careful when ordering a part from this place because you might get stuck having to keep a part not advertised correctly that you cannot use. In fact it is advertised on ebay as being compatible with a 2006 PT Cruiser Street Cruiser, this is what my car is. I understand this is a false advertisement. I am elderly, had a surgery, and live on a limited means of social security. I informed them this and it did not matter.
