I ordered the halyard because one of mine had broke but discovered that I still had enough to redo my flag. So I haven't used this one yet. I have ordered lots of stuff over the years from carrot top and have been happy with both the products and the service!.

I purchase your flags to fly at an Elementary School. They are a great size and can be seen from a mile away. They last a little over a year flying everyday. We get a lot of wind and they hold up very nicely. I am proud to fly your flags.

The only thing I was disappointed about is I did not get an email stating they had been shipped. I was lucky when they were delivered it was a dry day or they would have been out in the wet. I could have unlocked my porch door if I had known.

I purchased my pole from Carrot-Top. I've been buying my flags from Carrot-Top for a very long time. Orders are always executed perfectly. They arrive in good shape and on time. Prices are reasonable. Their customer service in describing which pole and which flags are suitable for my conditions was spot on. Their Patriot flags cannot be beat.
I had trouble finding two other flags, one historic and one international, on the web site. I sent them a note and they gave me a hot link within 36 hours. Very good customer service.

The online selection process was easy and worked well. The purchasing process took a few attempts in order to process the order successfully. Not sure if there were errors or due time order was being placed (late night).

I ordered a casket flag which was different than what I usually ordered. You called to confirm that the order was correct. Good job. The only problem was if I needed the flag sooner. As it turned out it arrived in time. Thanks.

I have ordered several items from Carrot-top and have been well pleased. I had a problem with a flag pole light and called customer service. They were very helpful. Seems I had ordered the wrong size light for the top of the flag pole. It runs on solar and keeps the flag lite almost all night.

Everything arrived quickly, well within the time expected (sooner, I believe) and was beautifully packaged. Within the boxes, the mini flags were nested and bundled for easy unpacking and distribution, and all in great condition.

I was a 1st time shopper with Carrot-Top and placed my order online. I had no problem navigating through the website to find what I needed to order. I liked that it calculated the shipping cost so that there were no surprises after I ordered. I will order again with Carrot-Top the next time a need arises.

It was my first time ordering from your company. I would have to say it was an easy online ordering experience and the arrival time was reasonable. On the other hand the company i work for has ordered from your company previously and really liked your flags. They happened to order your American Flag every time and they love the fact that you offer a 6 month warranty on it! The material that the flag is made of is very durable. I do believe they will be ordering from your company again when a new flag is needed.

Always a good experience, however we did receive the wrong flag size and had to return them. The package did not say on the outside what size they were so maybe that is why the warehouse shipped the wrong size.

My experience was fantastic. I called via the phone and received top notch advise and product recommendation. The gentleman on the phone was super smart and knew his business. The web site is fluid. I will refer this company always.

Tried to order additional flag installation kits and was told I could not order just the kit.
That did it for me.

With the exception of the FL State flag we were very happy with the products we purchased. The FL flag was red and pink due to color bleed. We had to take pictures to prove our point. This is not good customer service. After 4 flags with the same problem, Carrot-Top should not have made the customer feel that they did not know the difference between white and pink (color bleed). There should have been no questioning on the problem, just return and replace - BUT be sure the replace was correct not the same problem. I am hoping this was a one time problem as I have bought many times and never had this happen before.

Customer Service was great. I ordered a different size flag by mistake, and the customer service rep called me to make me aware. I changed the order, and that saved so much time and hassle returning flags.

The website is rich with products and opportunities, prices are just right as the products are American made, not imported, quality of our embroidered flag is excellent, timeliness of receipt of purchase and packing were just right. Overall, we could not be more satisfied.

We have high winds and used to go thru so many flags every year. Now we buy the Patriot flags from Carrot top and are saving tons of money because we don't have to replace them so often. They are beautiful and top quality!

This company has been using Carrot Top for years. I find the quality to be excellent, the staff to be knowledgeable and the catalogue easy to use. The pricing has stayed competitive over the years and we will only fly flags made in America.

I received my order with no problems. We have been flying the flag for a little over a week. One of the plastic rings used to secure the flag to the pole seemed to be defective. In a strong wind the screw holding the ring to the pole came out and we were secured by only one fastener. We do like the height of the pole.

Our experience with carrot-top was great. We always received feedback letting us know where the shipment was in the process of delivery. The products themselves were outstanding, and the price was great. We are very satisfied and will be using them in the future.

The flag is very well made and the colors are brilliant. Will see how long it stays bright in this hot southern heat and sun. Very satisfied with the handling of my order and it arrived in record time. Will reorder in the future.

Very happy with the purchase. I have it displayed on the trim aside of my garage door. I think it was a little higher price than I thought I would have to pay but I hope to get years use out of it. I think it looks very nice. I really like the material of the flag, doesn't seem flimsy.

This purchase was definitely worth the price we paid. Plus, honestly, it was the cheapest rate going. The product was just as the website described, was shipped on a Saturday and received that Wednesday.
