The product was very good and easy to assemble. It replaced an older non-adjustable pole and base. The existing flag fit well on the new pole. The spare parts (sleeves) were used to stabilize another unit, a banner and base that we had acquired some years previously.

The product was delivered to the wrong address (888 E Sequoia), even though the correct address was clearly visible on the packages and on our residence (868 E Sequoia).

Love carrot top, best flags in the industry, however, hate the solar flagpole light, definitely not worth the $200.00 very dim, poor battery life, solar panel does not have the required ability to aim it correctly.
Not satisfied at all.

It would have been nice to have some shipping and tracking info on my flagpole as it was a Christmas gift for my husband. I got absolutely nothing from Carrot-top until after Christmas when they responded to my inquiry. It turns out that it was delivered before Christmas to my business but we had already left for holiday and with no tracking info or communication from them I didn't find out until after Christmas. I am extremely unhappy with them on their communication or lack of it.

The flag that I had ordered was not appropriate for the flagpole I had ordered...a sales associate called me to explain why and suggested a different flag...nice of you to go to that extra trouble and I very much appreciate it...will definitely order from here again

I ordered a flagpole, but the wrong one was shipped to me. When I called customer service. They were so helpful and apologetic. The next day I received the correct item along with the return label. They really care about their customer base.

We had issues with the cemetery flags we ordered, however a carrot-top representative reached out to us and took care of the problem quickly and very professionally. I will continue to use and recommend this company.

Great service. The mounting bracket was actually broken when I opened the package. I called Carrot-Top and had a new one within a few days along with a return label to send the broke one back so they could examine it and try to improve on the issue.

Easy site to navigate for what I did. Sign up address defaults billing and shipping address as the same. The only way to get them different is to add a new address.

Overall everything was fine. Worked as expected.

I placed an order of several flags with Carrot-Top, the order arrived very promptly and it was a few days before I had an opportunity to open the box and see if everything was there. When I did there was 2 flags missing, I called customer service and within a couple of minutes they were sending the flags out and by priority shipment, they arrived the next day. The priority shipment was not needed, could not be more pleased with Carrot-Top and their response. Thank You!

We always order our flags and poles from Carrot-Top and have had no problems with them. The telescoping poles hold up in strong winds. We will donate these poles to a Veteran's Memorial whose flag poles broke in a recent wind storm.

The website is easy to use to find the products you want. They were the only source for the specific flag I was looking for and they have a pretty vast selection of flags. I would definitely make future purchases from them.

The Sale of $14++ for flags is miss leading. I'm disappointed in that. I also purchased a flag pole 2-3 months ago. This pole is 6' mental in two pieces. Do not buy this pole. It looks like it came from a pup tent kit. Other then this, I'm happy with the other products I have purchased.

We changed our usual order from one type of fabric to another. The same day we placed the order your company called to verify we were trying something new. The fact that they knew exactly what we usually order and were calling to check on us was very thoughtful and their quick response was appreciated. Like it, and meets our needs for 3x5 flag. Need to call customer service to figure out how to make it spin? I wish it had instructions. Also, the wooden finish did not come with the hook, as the other five. I see it now on the site but missed that when ordering.

Hard to find what I was looking for on your website. Also, dimensions for all items should be listed. I could not find the size of a collapsed Telescopic pole set. Luckily, I knew someone that had one and they measured it for me. (Ordered on a weekend when the office was closed) Edited: Turns out it was not the same pole! I could have ordered a smaller bag, since it collapsed down smaller than the pole I measured.

I am a Navy veteran and fly my flag every day and am very proud to do so. I also observe the days that we honor our flag. When my flag gets torn or worn I donate it to the Boy Scouts of America for proper rest.

Our business is located in north central Ohio, but you would think we are on the eastern seaboard with the wind we have constantly. These are the only flags that will hold up to that wind. Great product

I ordered two garden flag holders. I love that they were made in one piece. I also love the stop included to keep the flag from blowing off. The college flags are flying on my deceased husband's grave.
