Site would not allow shipping to a street address for some reason. Also, the only way I could find the items I wanted was by using the search box with a catalog number. Shipping seems pretty expensive for a small order.

Your company delivered what we needed at school. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ordering was easier than we thought. I would definitely order again from your company when needed and tell others when they are in need of certain items.

I wanted to replace my father's casket flag that I was flying because it was being weathered and fraying. I purchased a 5X8 foot all weather American flag and am currently flying it on my flag pole, which is really a mast off a Catamaran. The flag looks so beautiful flapping in the wind. I could not be more happier with the quality of the flag and the service your company provided. Thank you.

My husband, Bob and I love Carrot-Top Industries, Inc.! We live on a hill where it's usually very windy and your flags are the only ones that hold up withstanding the strong winds. We buy the 3' x 5' Patriarch Polyester American Flag. I bought the Solar Powered Flagpole Light - Light Commercial as a Christmas gift for Bob...I'm anxious for him to open it, attach to our flagpole and see how the light will illuminate the flag during the evening hours! I would have preferred to only order the flag since I have one of your spinner flag poles already but apparently that is not an option. I really didn't need another pole.
The flag should be sold alone without a pole.
Instructions should also be included. I asked for instructions and received them for a flag with grommets, not a spinner flag. That was not helpful at all. Customer service did not read my request properly. If I had called, I am sure they would not have heard me. For a company that advertises its "Americanism" the service was a real disappointment.

I will order from this company again the customer service was excellent and the only complaint I have was the stuffing in the two sided flags if they are white. Wish I would have known that. However we are going to try the flag in black and see how it is

Quick ordering system. We have found that Carrot Top has consistently good quality and service. We are a community service organization originated and run by veterans. Each Memorial Day we fly casket flags donated by families of fallen veterans. We buy our flags by the dozen or more, so we always get a good price. This year we a flying over 2100 such flags on the streets of the cemetery, each one stenciled with the name of the veteran whose family donated it. To ensure uniformity, we buy only from Carrot Top because we know they will always supply a good product, and the right one. Thank you, Carrot Top, for being so reliable!

My only complaint is that I was not able to use a coupon code on line when I placed my order. I had visited the website a few days before and the flags I wanted to order were on sale. I was using my cell phone and wanted to place the order in a more secure setting. I did not see a date these flags would no longer be on sale. That was my error. But when I tried to use coupon code for $10 off, website would not recognize it. That and shipping are the reason for a 4 star rating on overall price.

It was easy to find what I wanted and easy to change the sizes too.

The material of the flags was more lightweight and see-through than what I expected. I was able to exchange the US flag for a more durable polyester, but the California flag only comes in the lighter polyester. While the wind and heat of our location are not terribly intense, they can be an issue. Hopefully the flags will both stand up to the elements here.

Was rather disappointed. Mine did not come with the clips to use to attach the flag, so I had to rig that. The gold plastic eagle is a nice touch, but I had to use a steak knife to trim the end to make it fit. It still isn't in the whole way. Wouldn't order again. It's probably better to buy in a store where you can see what you're getting.

Thanks for filling my order. This was my second order of an American flag. The only thing that might be changed would be the shipping and handling charge which should reflect the actual cost to mail. Also the flag
And paper work could fit in an envelop.

Convenient - I liked the fact that I could put a PO number in and Carrot-top would bill the township instead of having to use my personal credit card and be reimbursed. Price good, quality of product good and very fast delivery.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size flags, a customer service representative called and told me we usually get a different size. I was glad she called because I would have had to return my purchase and order the right ones.

The order process was quick and delivery of product exceeded my expectation. After receiving my order I had misplaced my invoice and called customer service. The customer service representative was so professional and helpful. He asked if I could receive the invoice via emailed as a pdf which was exactly what I needed. I was very satisfied with the total purchase experience and will keep this vendor information on hand as a good resource.

Excellent, a rep from Carrot-Top contacted me to tell me the flag I ordered was no longer available in the quoted size. She told me they had a larger one which worked out just fine. The replica Bedford flag now flys proud in North Jersey.

Love the product. Am only having issues with the collapsible pole collapsing on its own when the second flag ring hits the release button. Do not want to use the permanent locking ring so I have to re-raise my US flag and not use a second flag at least once a week.

I was very well pleased until I got this survey link disguised as a confirmation to verify that I had received my order. I thought carrot-top was a better organization than this. I definitely will look at other places before I order from them again.

Delivery service to be used should be specified. We have a post office box as our billing address but we also have a physical address for deliveries if they are coming by Fed-Ex or UPS. This caused a delay in our delivery.

We needed this flag for a special event and were concerned it would not arrive, as we ordered it very last minute and late in the day. The flag was shipped same day and arrived the following morning! Amazing service, thank you!
