This order was great. My previous order - I ordered the Veteran's Viet Nam flags and received the country of Viet Nam flags - certainly did not want that. I called - the girl was fantastic. But, I would like to order the Veteran Viet Nam flags - it seems like you are out of stock. Fantastic service - would definitely order items again.

Ordering was easy but trying to apply a discount code that would be accepted was difficult... I also felt the quality of the flag was a little over priced compared to other flags that that I have shopped for... But overall I enjoy all the products that I received.

Have made several purchases over the years and have been pleased with the products and the delivery times. The shipping boxes are sturdy and packed with sufficient packing materials to minimize shipping handling damage, if any. The CSR's were always helpful and courteous.

The cost was a little more than a company than we had previously purchased from but the quality of the flags is much better and they have held up much better to the wind that we have here along the river. We do not have to replace them as frequently.

I had ordered some flags an actually ordered the wrong type. A representative from Carrot-Top called right away and confirmed that we ordered a different flag than we had in the past. The flag would have been wrong and we would have to reorder. Thanks for keeping an eye on us.

I bought 12 Navy grave flags and put 1 at the grave site and after being out side for 2 days,it was frayed?
I`m not sure why,so I cut down the stake for the plaque to put it closer to the ground and put another flag out.

The customer service from Carrot-Top was great! A representative called to ensure that our order was correct, since it was different from what we normally order. Although we did purposefully choose a different product, it was nice to have that call confirming that we did not accidentally purchase the wrong item.

I have bought other flags, flag stands and flag covers. Very pleased with everything and when needed

I really appreciate the follow up call, I ordered a different flag then previous orders, and was explained the difference, I live on the coast and this flag was better for windy conditions. The lady caller was very helpful and polite.

1st time to site - visited other sites - site was easy to navigate - this is the best price for a quality product - product information was detailed and informative - checkout process was easy and efficient

The 2nd and more than likely last time ill buy from carrot top. I paid almost $50 for supposedly a top of the line product. I received a product that im very unsatisfied with and bery cheaply made. The flag was thrown in a bag that seemed to be opened. The flag had many wrinkles like it had been washed and reused. The flag pole is cheap lightweight aluminum, and a plastic eagle to top it all off. Not what i was expecting for the price...

All my flags and accessories come from Carrot-Top, because I know they are first class all the way. I purchased from them when I owned my home, and now that I am in an apartment. You can't go wrong with Carrot-Top!
