I've been buying from Carrot Top for 25 years. First bought a flag set for my porch and was very happy with it. When we moved to this house ten years ago I bought a 20 ft telescopiing flagpole from them and have been happy with it. Still buying Beacon nylon flags. We have a lot of high winds but they hold up for two years or more. Just ordered a new flag after two and a half years.
I bought a fire fighter flag recently and gave it to my local Fire Department in Northfield, MA. In just a few months it faded from a bright red to very dull, quite pathetic. I contacted customer service and was abruptly denied any option as it was past the warranty period, Under 3 months? I would not recommend buying anything from this company, they do not stand behind their products.
We absolutely love the feather flags we receive from Carrot-Top Industries. We swap out between solid colored flags of orange & blue to the American Flags, to Sale American Flags. All of them look great and draw attention to our store. Great products.
I ordered the wrong flag. When I asked for assistance I was told a return slip would be emailed to me so I could return that flag and get the appropriate one. Been over a month and no email. Need a New York State flag the will slide onto the flag pole I bought. I will keep the flag I bought but I need the proper one for the pole.
The shipping method I chose first was indicated as unavailable. I changed it and then it said that was unavailable. I switched back to the first method and then it went through. Just a little confusing.
Very good quality & value. I even got a phone call from the service rep. She was checking because I had ordered a different flag this time & she wanted to make sure I hadn't make a mistake. That is GREAT service. I'm always surprised on how fast I receive my orders, this is my 4th or 5th. I pass out the catalogs, that I receive in the mail, to friends so they can get the good values also.
We were very happy with the product we received and I was especially happy with the customer service when I ordered it. The girl I spoke to took the time to order the correct flags for the room we were using it for. I had originally ordered the wrong size.

The website is easy to use and the quality of the flags are great. My only complaint is of how the flag was folded as it was delivered to me. It was hard folded into a square which left folding lines when the flag was unfolded. I had to get the flag dry cleaned to remove these lines.
My order (*******) was spilt for shipping which was fine. However, my shipping info wasn't transferred correctly to the new split order, so I only received 1 order in a timely fashion. Frankly this is unacceptable as I paid for second day air.
I only received the second part of my order today June 13, a full 3 weeks after placing the order.
Thank you for the prompt processing of my order and the terrific customer support in replacement of the defective Hawaiian flag.
Too bad quality control overlooked the workmanship of the defective flag.

The product was too large for our application. Therefore it was returned. We also thought it too expensive. You need an intermediate sized wall-mount flag pole. The smaller adjustable mount couldn't take the winds in our area and broke. This, however, was too large.
I discovered your Comapny in 2011 when I was deployed to Afghanistan. Someone placed a Carrott/Top catalog in a convenient reading place. I told myself I was going to purchase one of your flag poles when I got home. The next year my wife purchased a flag pole from your company. The quality of your products is second to none.
We have not installed the pole as of yet, I was a bit disappointed as when I ordered I choose 3 day delivery and when I checked to be sure the order was received I was then told the item was not available for 3 day delivery. On top of all that the price didn't change from when I agreed to pay extra for 3 day delivery. Nate King
You should have the ability to adjust the pre-packaged indoor flag sets. Example: The Brigadier flag sets should have an option to change the color of the tassel, or change the ornament on top. That way you could buy the whole setup and maybe save a few dollars. I understand that one piece here or one piece there wouldn't qualify, but buying a whole set up could be a few dollars cheaper.
I ordered flags for the college commencement ceremony. After a month, I got an email asking me to confirm my flags were delivered, which they hadn't been. When I called I was told that for no reason at all, the flags had not been shipped and they would be overnighted to me. I received no confirmation email that the flags had shipped and did not receive them until more than a week later. No receipt was included. I will not be using this vendor again.
Received my new telescopic flagpole on time. This is my second flagpole in ten years. Just ordered one for my son on May 8th. This is also his second telescopic flagpole and we are very pleased with the product. We also purchase our flags from Carrot-Top.
Placed our order and I had some misinformation as to what to order. Customer service called and we straightened it out. Received the proper flag and received it in great time. Appreicate getting the help from customer service.

As it turns out, miscommunication of receiving church office staff was reason flag didn't seem to get delivered. I ordered the flag I wanted on Sunday and wanted priority shipping due to a funeral on Wednesday. I checked the website Mon and again on Tue when I noticed delivery wasn't going to be until Wednesday I called. The rep only offered to remove the cost if the shipping.
I still needed a flag. She didn't offer to overnight one after I explained the circumstances. The only thing she said is that if the priority shipping is chosen on the website when the order is processed it defaults to normal shipping.
I received the book but I couldn't found a small flag made of pollster, and not stapple on the wood stick. The one am looking for when the wind blow, it turn on it's own.

The sale transaction and delivery went perfectly. I would like to see the front of the Police Grave Marker finished a little more, similar to the American Legion grave marker that holds a flag, but it is great to have a solid bronze Police marker available now.
My delima began when management in my subdivision informed me that my 4x6' flag was larger than what is allowed. Either I take it down or they would along with a fee. The max allowable size is 20"x30". It was easy to find a 4x6 or 5x8 Flag at any store that sold American Flags. I went online and did some research. Liked your product, price and delivery choice. Needless to say I had a flag back in place in just a couple of days.

Carrot-Top Industries offers a wide selection of quality flag/banner products. I find their prices to be high and shipping charges are also high. However, they are the best game in town for quality products. If I didn't beleive their products are quality, I wouldn't buy them.
I've shopped for a quality flag for some time the flags I purchased were of poor quality the flag I purchased seems to be of high quality and I believe it will last much better than the flags previously purchased
