Very bad company to deal with had three Mattresses within 2 years all with the same fault sagging in the middle.
Bought a single savoy Mattress from my local shop now closed down had two of these within 6 months due to a spring fault which resulted in sagging in the middle and causing back pain.
Was giving an upgrade to there lay-cell supposing to be over £800 with in one month I experienced the same fault as the other two contacted the shop browns for beds went back on there word disagreed and didn't want to know after agreeing to change other two savoy's and discussed that there was no fault with second after carter and lewis inspected this!
Since then this shop closed with existing customers to fend for themself regarding warranty. Contacted carter and lewis for support no answer to there phone several times over one week. Decided to email them with this problem had no acknowledgment from them so far.
It would appear that these mattress are not what they are cracked up to be as this shop was very good at making out otherwise no surprise there.
I am now seeking online to buy another mattress with better support to my needs as it looks like as a customer the 5 year so called warranty will be void as this company couldn't care less my advice AVOID at all cost shop with bigger companies' that sell brand names like sealy silent night etc.
Owned a sealy mattress for 8 years and never experience the problems I am having now with a supposing £800 mattress less then a year old.
Disappointed to say the least expensive mistake and lesson learned.
