Pretty detailed report. Fast replay. However i found it is a quite expensive service for only two reports availability

I have never researched a car before. As I buy second-hand cars that are considered runarounds and only have maybe a few years left in them. I have always gambled. The last two cars I had were terrible. But as prices have gone crazy especially with very old cars that would have only have been purchased for something like £500 -1000 pounds with a MOT for a year on them you have to be careful that you don't end up with some terrible dogs as I have done in the past. The days of a cheap old run around has ended. A friend of friend was selling a car. And my friend told me that the car was very good and had been serviced every year and it was a good buy. And I should buy it. After being burnt a couple of times. I thought why not use carvertical as I had seen them on YouTube on a channel called high peak autos. I paid for one research of the vehicle I was interested in. Not only do you get the report on the website you also get an email with that report. It has everything from when the car left the factory it's history mileage and everything in between. The great thing was when I talked to the owner selling the car I was to buy.
Everything he said was exactly what I had on the report. That made me very confident about the car. Everything felt right as as I looked at the car. All those mini conversations you have with someone. All those things you know whether that person is lying to you or telling the truth. Everything just added up with the report that I had from carvertical. All I can tell you is. I now have a car that was exactly as the report had said it was. I would implore anybody before buying a car. Use carvertical even if you don't buy the car. It's worth the money. I would have never have used a service like this before. But I will always use this company every time I buy a car from now on. Hopefully thanks to carvertical I have a decent car at the moment. And I will not need to use them for a few years at least. Do yourself a favour and always search with this company before you buy a car.

In my opinion, care vertical is nothing but a scam and I strongly suspect that most if not all the positive reviews are fake.

I paid the $17 to get a report and I never got it. I contacted them by email and guess what, no response for 2 days. After several emails sent back and forth, I asked for a refund. Needless to say that I never got it. They kept telling me to fill up a nonexisting form on their website, they kept sending me links that didn't work and so on. I told them that I simply want a refund, I sent them the proof o payment and yet they still refused to do it. Not only that but they were extremely rude in their emails.

So to make a long story short, I paid for a service that was never delivered, and I asked for my money back but they refused the refund. After 2 months and the countless number of emails sent to these scammers (there's no phone number provided on their website in order to contact them), now they're telling me it's too late to get a refund because of their policy which stipules that refunds can be requested only in the first 14 days after purchase. I asked for a refund the 2nd day and since then continuously I asked for the refund and yet they still didn't return the money they charged me for an unexisting service. And they made in sales revenue in 2018 over 500 000 excl. VAT, according to https://rekvizitai.vz.lt/en/company/cv_group/ Not too shabby for some scammers.

This is why you should be aware of their practices and think twice before paying them.

Good swrvice but expansive. In Italy you need to add tax at price. 45 euro for 3 reports its too expensive

Carvertical is nice tool, but for my car I didn't get much more information than i got at free VIN check websites.
