Bought a carved "wood" screen:
Item arrived not as described. Color is NOT caramel w/ white accents but is metallic gold; NOT highest quality wood but wood composite; NOT light and easy to move but weighs at least 50#. Was difficult for me to move, and I am a fitness instructor! The screen is falling apart. Your company seems to want ME to pay for return, which is such poor customer service since you are selling a product under grossly inaccurate advertising. The choice to buy this screen was solely based on the description. False advertising. It's also a shame that this was bought by elderly parents. What an unfortunate waste of their money!

I purchased a product from this company that was defective. I asked to return the product (which on their website says is hassle-free) and was strung along for over a month as communication only occurred on weekly basis. It seemed like no one communicated with each other as each person would tell me something different.

They finally let me return it over a month later. It's been over a week since confirmed delivery and they still haven't refunded me my payment. Now trying to get it back through a dispute.

Avoid this company at all costs as their return process is the worst I've ever experienced!

Again writing to praise casagear and their amazing customer service, this time I ordered a small wall decor item but the attention towards me as a customer remained the same. I'm so delighted that i cannot think about any other way to shop for home decor.

If have an issue and need to return an item. There is no customer support or communication despite what the website says. This company doesn't care about you getting what you ordered. The good reviews are phony. You can tell when 30% of reviews are negative and they are still rated at 4 Or 5 stars. Buyer beware!

I ordered window curtains from them and the shade was not as shown on website. Returned them and 2 months later waiting for my refund. I received a really unprofessional looking email saying they have not yet received my package. I even sent them a receipt of delivery confirmation and stated they did not get that when requested. This does not seem like a legitimate company. Beware!

I purchased a set of King size quilts which actually was bigger then my expectations. I requested for an exchange with another set of queen size quilts and what impressed me was their Customer service. I got the replaced set in a week's time and that too without any hassles.

I've tried to contact this company 5 times about returning an item I did not want and have gotten no response what so ever. I've used their support@ email address and emailed them 5 minutes after I placed the order and have heard 0! Be careful about ordering with this company!

I fell in love with the designs and the concept when I saw the products online. I have purchased a coffee table and a storage cabinet as well and honestly I am very happy with the products, service, and importantly their prices. I did visit other sites for comparison and I felt that Casagear products were fairly priced.

The products I ordered arrived in time and I was amazed by the quality of these products. In the end I would like to say that it is indeed worthy and reliable to purchase furniture with Casagear, but make sure to use coupons so that you can also get an attractive discount in your final amount just like I did!

The item we ordered was severely damaged when we received it. I have been emailing back and forth with a representative for a couple months. It took 6 weeks to finally agree to give us a refund. I have yet to receive the refund and now the customer service lines goes to a voicemail and no one has returned my call. The Easy, No Hassle Return Policy statement on their website is a complete lie! I have had nothing but horrible service and will never order from them again!

I placed an order for a glass stand-alone shelving unit on June 4th. I cannot get a straight answer about the status, estimated ship or delivery date. I've emailed customer service 3 and get the same answer - under process and we will tell you when it ships.
I just left a scathing voice mail and hoping this gets a response I can work with. I need to decide whther or not to proceed wth this order. So far, not a great experience and will not recommend.

I ordered a wooden nautical chest on June 5th and it still hasn't been shipped. I've been billed and paid for the item. I called last week and they said they would send it back to the warehouse. I have heard nothing since. Horrible customer service.

I ordered 2 set of bed sheets for my home. The prices were too reasonable hence I didn't expect much good quality. But I found that the quality was not bad after I got the order delivered at my home.

As I had a very miserable experience with online shopping because of poor delivery system, I was a little bit suspicious regarding the services at wildorchidquilts.net. But it was unbelievable. I got my product on time with the utmost safety.

I made a purchase of a dining set as advertised, they stoped the delivery saying it was damaged only to find out that they were only selling the table when clearly it read SET. Then they said they didn't have any chairs that they don't even carry chairs. Hours later I see the exact SET on the website for double the price. Very dishonest company/business. Never will buy from casagear wm nor recommend to anyone!

I do not recommend this company. I'm not sure it even is a legitimate company. I ordered a quilt and shams two weeks ago and have not received it. My credit card obviously was charged the day I ordered it. One week after my order I emailed to check the status and was told the item was being shipped that day. I received a tracking number that "information" had been submitted to FedEx. After one week FedEx still had not received the actual parcel. Once again I emailed customer service and have received inaccurate and inconsistent responses, but no tracking number with an actual package shipped and at this point very little hope that I will ever receive my items. I plan to cancel the order. Hopefully they will be responsive with the refund, but I'm not optimistic.

I've done so many shopping there that I don't know how many! Overall, they have a really good customer service, nice products, nice and ergonomic shopping system.
