I ordered a case. It turned up as promised, but they sent the wrong size. 6 emails later and they have done nothing to rectify the problem. There is no phone number to call. You are at the mercy of their idiotic emails that are written by an under programmed robot. Customer care? They would not know what that was if it hit them on the head.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

These guys have terrible customer service. They cancel orders without any rhyme or reason and wont even give a heads up. They promise to make it up by giving some special discount for the troubles but that never arrives. They stop responding if you ask about when the special discount will be issued because reality is that there is no special discount. They don't care if they've inconvenienced you. Basically, they'll waste your time and money.

Dont buy direct, or from a 3rd party site. Their support team is total trash. I ordered an item from them via Ebay (Caseology ebay store) in the middle of the night and cancelled it 15 minutes later and they still shipped it out next day and expected me to pay the return shipping for their negligence. Their customer service team does not care about the customer and only cares about saving a couple dollars. Well if they care about $4 more than correcting their mistakes then that tells you where their priorities lie. Trash support and trash company.

Garbage company that cancels orders of customers without their consent, my order got cancelled without my consent and yet their email states that I requested it? This happened to many of their customers recently too, stay away from this scam company that offers no customer service.

Received a faulty phone case and email sent days later was never answered. A second email sent and answered outside of the 30 days and company refusing to return money but only offering a second bad case. Seems to be a scam so money is not returned. Calling my Consumer Protection Agency. Company is a scam.

I just purchased a caseology case for my galaxy s7 edge and it came very fast in the mail from eBay and I love the quality of the case it's not to thick but not to thin either I love the overall quality

I ordered a black rubber case for my lg android cell phone from this website. I decided to call customer service because I never received an email from them telling me my order was shipped. Immediately as the person on the other line answered, it seemed like I was calling a regular Joe Schmo. They answered, "Hello? Hello?" And when I acknowledged them, I told him about my problem. I was asked for my name. This man, who sounded like he is from India, never gave me his name. I was thinking two things; 1.) This man is a fraud and I'm being scammed and/or 2.) This website's customer service is unprofessional. It took him nearly 5 minutes to ask me for a number to call me back from because he wasn't able to find the tracking number for the USPS. I hung up in a rage feeling like this man should NOT be behind the phone if he can't find a tracking number INSTANTLY through their system. So, I decided to look into my email for any emails from this website and found one that let me to log in to the website. I eventually did and found the tracking number on my account, that the USPS uses. I went to the USPS website and input the tracking number. Instantly, I was given the shipping date. Which was yesterday, 2/20/2012.

I don't recommend this website for the following reasons:

1.) Poor and unprofessional customer service.
2.) I never received my confirmation email that detailed when my order was shipped.

For anyone that feels it is vital for a company to have great customer service, this website does NOT offer anything remotely good in regards to that. The only thing remotely professional was the automated response emails that you get from creating an account with a website and the email you get when you made an order. That's it, that's the extent of their professionalism.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM.
