I super like this site! I missed home when I saw a lot of deals. The website is not cluttered and easy to use - no tedious signing up. But I hope they can improve refer a friend part. Its hard to to do refer a friend. Kudos anyway...
Ccp says that delivery is just 3 days. And its already 2 weeks but still got no feedback and it was not yet delivered! Not to mentioned that I pay for express delivery fee. It was already billed on my card and yet no updates from them. Someone called me that the items was not available. How come they still up the items that is not available. They havent refund my payment amounting to 3500
I've only had one transaction on this site so far even though I check this often for deals. My last transaction went okay and my sister received the watch I purchased for her. There was just a little bit of issue when delivering the package because even if I filled up the form where to send it to, instead of writing my sister's name on it as the receiver, they wrote my name instead! The delivery guy had a hard time looking for the house because no one knew me in that place of course. The package was stuck for a few days at LBC before they managed to contact my sister about it.

1. I received a defective product. Emailed the support team, submitted the replacement request form and photos last July 20. I have to make several follow-ups, but until now the issue is still UNRESOLVED.
2. I also haven't received the Syoss Repair Therapy Shampoo I ordered. It's been a month since I ordered. No update and order is still UNDELIVERED.
My requests are placed on hold. Do I need to wait for a month or a year when there seems to be no action on their end?
How can they say that 'savings feel so good' when you're not getting what you paid for?
It's been a week since I purchased worth 1500k plus worth of products, my credit card was already charged but I havent received yet the products. No receipts sent to my email and no one's contacting me about it. I have checked their website just now and it's already down. How can I refund my payment? Stressful
No customer support and they don't care about their customers especially for people who already paid the item upon check out. No matter how many times you have emailed them. It will fall in deaf ears. No resolution for the delivery problems encountered. I have purchased 4 items and it was not delivered to me. They replied with a template answer about the items were already delivered but I did not receive any tracking number. A month has passed since I bought the items and they're still replying with the same template. Not even a tracking number to give me so I follow up with their courier. This company is fraudulent. If only I can give them zero stars. If only I can report them to stop this website.

First, they have the worst customer service! Second, the items I have received are low quality... The earphones I bought, its faded like its already been used and also the wires are super thin... I feel like it will break apart anytime! Its not worth the wait and the money. The perfume Ive ordered too. The scent is not long lasting... now I also doubt its authenticity!

My favorite section of cashcashpinoy is their beauty section, I always check and buy body massage deals that is being offered. I guess I'm in the spa twice a month or more. Sulit talaga pag naka deal :D
I wish i can give this site zero stars! I purchased and paid for my item for almost 3 weeks now. All i've stopped receiving email responses from ccp for 2weeks after i paid for this item! I wish i can give 0 stars because they dont care about the customers at all! Will never buy here again!
I been buying different deals from cashcashpinoy and now that they offer a new payment method (cash on delivery) I could pay it my own without borrowing my parents credit card.
Beware of Cash cash I bought the Azure Urban residence overnight stay, all u can do is sleep in a tiny room for overnight. U cannot use any amenities, game room, pool, movie room etc are exclusive for unit owners only. But if u ask cash cash they say that u can use all the amenities for free.IT'S NOT TRUE. Use of pool is on the check in date only and u have to pay 20php per person and up to 4 beyond 4 have to pay 800php.other amenities are NO NO to guest.
Tip for consumers:
AFter all the emails and all the calls I made they just reply you with excuses that they will have to investigate this happen NOV.17 ,2015 up to this moment no one replied or responded to my email anymore.I think the ccp are all dead, they just ignore all your emails and if you call them you have to wait for the long queue, and the only response you'll get from them is to wait until they have info or response from merchant etc....all dawdling excuses.

I just hope that by posting a comment through your CashCash Pinoy Review, I will get a final response on their failure to replace a defective Delkin SP019 Speaker System that I purchased from them.
I have been communicating with their Ms. Maricar and Ms. Tin until they pulled-out the defective unit and after several follow-ups, they eventually replaced it with THE VERY SAME DEFECTIVE SPEAKER THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY DELIVERED.
I know this because I placed some identifying marks inside the box and it was the same box with the defective speaker. Still, I chose not to be negative and tested the speakers from my iPod and my laptop. Still, it was defective.
I do not know if they are trying to pull a fast one on me or are they simply ignorant about it? I have sent several emails again but to my disappointment, they have not given even the slightest squeak.
