This is hands down the most unprofessionally run operation I have ever dealt with. At first, everything seemed quick and efficient, but that was just a mirage. Their entire customer support is outsourced to people who have absolutely no clue what they're doing. Every rep asks for different forms, none of them make sense, and there is zero logic in their process.
I have a car, a title, and we agreed on a price—it should be simple, right? Wrong. After 25 painful phone calls, we are still not done because these people are completely incompetent. I don't want to use profanity, but this is beyond frustrating and borderline insanity.
No one should have to deal with this level of incompetence. Stay away from these people at all costs. This isn't a joke; this is straight-up embarrassment. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
